Warranty is a real thing and it was extended for an extra year by registering it in the Citizen app. It was very fortuitous because I needed a repair 6 months after the original warranty expired. They took care of it under warranty and I am very happy with the service.

My F990 CC 7005-16F watch stopped working under warranty. I sent it in, and it took about 25 days to get back. The watch was perfect upon return.Thank you, Citizen, for the excellent customer service and the repair of my favorite watch.

I purchased my Citizen model A160-H16331 in March of 1999 and I wear it every day. It is my only watch. It has lost some of the luster over time but it has never failed me. I am seriously considering leaving it in my will as I suspect that it may outlive me. Great product.

Very dissatisfied with my watch. Got in January 2023 and it's only July 2023 and the watch is already fading. The craftsmanship of this watch is beyond terrible. Especially for a company of this caliber. Already had to wait 3 months for my watch cause it was on backorder, but I'm trying to see why when it's quality isn't up to par. I need answers with a solution asap.

I purchased a nice citizen eco drive watch online this unique watch is very difficult to set the time. I went to The main office in Gardena California to see if anyone can help me. After speaking to the security guard he asked me to fill out a form and I did and asked me to leave my watch and in 5 days someone would contact me. I didn't leave my watch as I was catching a flight. I feel that is poor customer service and policy for just asking to set the time. I furthermore contact customer service and they told me the same thing leave my waych for 5 days and they will call me. So buyer beware of the difficulty of setting an eco drive watch and poor customer service and policies for the main office in Gardena.

Terrible service, and release products late with no kind of help regarding order status. Constantly being passed to another employee of the 150 they have… I talked to 9 in 1 call with not a resolution. They use cheap parts and work with Another cheap watch company.FOSSIL with the smartwatches and release “late to the game” technologies.DO NOT work with them if you can help it..I would recommend another company going forward.. Im still awaiting a preordered item back in April. That was released May 1st..Get used to asking if you want fries with that order Citizen Watch Group.

Have a Citizen Skyhawk Watch. Had for 20+ years. Love my watch. It stopped working. Sent it to the repair center. They repaired it for free. Sent it back. They reset everything. Great Company and product. I will never own anything but a Citizen. I will buy a new one if my old one ever wears out.

Sent in my watch in near mint condition for an inspection and possible repair, and it was returned with a bulging rubber gasket. I can't say I have much confidence in their "technicians." I regret not just taking it in to a local reputable watch repair company.
