I want to see recent reviews, but why are there no reviews and old reviews have bad scores? I have to visit soon to get service, but it's a shame. Long Beach is a bit far, but it has a lot of reviews and good scores. Is there anything the Torrance dealer needs to improve?

Lack of communication from customer service was the biggest issue. I won't return to this dealership for anything. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning. I inquired the status of the repair's through text and voicemail for the next two days without any response. When the vehicle was ready and services paid for I had to wait 40 mins for them to bring up my vehicle. Totally incompetent.

We brought our Dodge truck in for service after finding oil in the radiator. After they ran tests and diagnostics , they determined we had a cracked head. Rue and Cameron were a big help ! The Dealerships are facing major parts and supply shortages. Because of strikes and the Limited parts available for the work. A stressful time for all of us. They we're Extremely Helpful. They worked with us. Allowing us to get parts from other dealers to be able to repair our truck. They installed the parts and now our truck is back and running great ! It was needed we rely and use for our work.Thank you guys From Carson Schwinn Cyclery

My wife and I were looking for a newer vehicle. We happened to see a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with very low miles for what looked like a very fair price at Scott Robinson. Our salesman John Morovitz was extremely helpful, and worked to get us the best deal possible. I'm convinced of that as I must have looked at every Grand Cherokee on the internet within a hundred miles and there weren't many priced this fairly. I appreciated that John was very helpful and attentive to our needs, but never high pressure. This might have been the smoothest experience I've had buying a car. I would recommend this dealership highly. They're not gouging like a lot of places these days, and they are there asking if you need any help even after the sale. It's really nice to find such a great dealership right in our own neighborhood.

Where is the NO zero stars!? I highly recommend no one to service their car here. The communication and customer service is absolutely the worst. Each time I bring my car here is literally the run around. Service adjusters and management have no ability or understanding of what customer service is all about. Why the owner of this dealership would pick people like this to represent his brand is beyond me!!!! This facility is an embarrassment to the jeep dodge and Chrysler organization! I should have trusted their ratings on Yelp before bringing my vehicle in for service.

The service department gave me my car with grease smeared all over my windows and a strong grease smell in my car. You can not get anyone to call you back or when you call you get the "run around". I do not want to bring my car back to your service department because of lack of communication and trust in the service you all provide. I didn't think the service could get any worse but I was wrong. I would like to state again, the service level given by your service department is horrible. I am scared to ever buy a car again that would need to be serviced by this dealership. Lastly, having a Jeep with only 25k miles shouldn't need to have the evaporator core replaced. Thousands of dollars down the drain plus horrible service at the dealership. I would not recommend. Horrible experience.

I really, really, really dislike this dealership. While i've had 1 or 2 ok experiences with their service department-- they now don't even answer phone calls instead sending all callers to a computer answering service. The seatbelts in my 2020 Gladiator are ripping and can't even speak to someone there about getting an appointment for someone to take a look. I put in a safety complaint with NHTSA- lets see who contacts me first. My bet is NHTSA.Note to general manager- your online scheduler doesnt allow free form text inputs and my concern- defective seatbelts is not on the predefined list so i am not allowed to schedule using it.

Went in to Scott Robinson's this morning and got a smoking deal and a brand new Gladiator.John Morovitz met me at the front door and gave me the royal treatment. John Morovitz took his time showing me and letting me test drive multiple vehicles in his lot.John Morovitz walked me through setting up all the new apps for my new purchase and even called customer service on one of the features purchased with my new JEEP TRUCK.Come in and see John Morovitz, his service is top notch. In a scale of 1 to 10 John Morovitz scores a 10 plus tax. John buddy you knocked it out of the park. John you're the man. Thanks for the smoking deal today. I'll be back to see you soon for another new car!!!

Repair service. . . . Where do I begin? "We close at 6pm" really means this place is a ghost town at 5:35pm. And don't expect them to pick up the phone after 5pm. Good luck with that. Luckily we found a manager at 5:50 who opened up shop and we were able to break our Je out of repair-jail. Staff was walking out laughing at 5:50. They seemed to think it was funny. Ford closes at 6 also, but they have the decency to wait until actual 6pm. Our car was released into freedom @6:30p. I guess the managers aren't trained on how to use the cash register. Anyway the manager was very nice and he got it done. Too bad the rest of the staff isn't working to make him look good. The repair service is. It be try responsive. After several calls we finally had to get in the second car and drive to the service shop just to talk to someone. Are there that many Chryslers in need of repair?

While my past experiences might have led me to give the service department a mere one-star rating, the exceptional dedication and proficiency displayed by Rue Alaya, the service manager, completely transformed my perspective. Despite the service department grappling with issues, it's clear that the service manager is ardently working to not only rectify this but to build a team that embodier excellence and commitment to customer service.During my recent visit, I found myself in a bit of a predicament as all the service advisors were gone early for the day. However, without a moment's hesitation, the service manager stepped in to personally address and fix the issue with my vehicle. It was not only a testament to his technical expertise but also to his unwavering dedication to going above and beyond for their customers. The leadership displayed by Rue clearly indicates that he is trying to lay a strong foundation for a future where customer satisfaction is the norm, not the exception. This kind of service certainly fosters loyalty and trust. I am confident that under such management, the service department will soon overcome its current challenges.

Humberto Haro is an excellent service writer. He is a detailed person and is very involved with his customers. He coordinated well with my technician and completed the work on-time. He also personally installed my front windshield wiper blades. Humberto Haro is a 5 Star Scott Robinson employee!
