This place is very convenient with a tap card gas pump and the the workers inside are very kind and helpful. I have been coming here for over 5 years and they never fail to do great business.

Went to get an oil changed and was not only heavily pressured for an unnecessary upsell but on my way out I noticed the mechanic I said no to, put a hole in the driver's seat of my car. Unfortunately there's no way to prove it, but needless to say I'll never spend another dime there.

Incorrect posted time of 24 hours open. I just stopped by right now (a little before 7am, 4/30/16) & the guy said it's closed and he won't open til another 30 mins to set things up. 😒

I bought gas here and subsequently there was fraudulent activity on my card in the amount of $125 in West Hills and $124.xx in Simi Valley. Never buy things here unless you're going to pay cash

I accidentally passed the parking lot of my go to spot for Lottery on the way to work. I remembered there was G&M further down the street so I figured I would stop there. G&M is located on Praire & Artestia. Artesia is a large street with lots of traffic so you figure you can pull into the parking lot off of Artesia, WRONG. You have to turn down Praire and if traffic is light you have to make a U-turn into semi heavy traffic to be able to pull into the G&M / Chevron gas station. The parking is quite limited. I ended up parking where there wasn't even a space just so I could stop the madness and get inside and get my numbers. G&M is attached to a service center & a chevron gas station. I walked inside and asked if they had lottery the lady looked at me like I had a third eye. I asked where are the slips she looked at me strangely again and kind of pointed toward the door which are nowhere near the counter or lottery machine. I filled out my numbers and being the only one in the store at the time I figured she would be right on it. I placed my numbers down and waited for her to come back to the open window behind thick bullet proof glass. It did not take all that long for her to come back but when I someone is in there and your job is customer service make sure you assist the customer it is pretty much that simple. SIDE NOTE, if you ever walk into a place and they have thick bullet proof glass everywhere that is probably for a reason. Based on my overall experience I will not come back here.
