WARNING TO OTHER FELLOW ASIAN PEOPLE:
I feel a super KAREN VIBE from one blonde blue eyed woman who is only pleasant to other white customers in our extremely ASIAN neiborhood. All other employees are nice, but this woman makes me feel that I am not very welcome when she is working. She often avoids helping me, but again, she is super nice to other white customers from the neighborhood. It is definitely discriminatory vibe in a silent KAREN way. I always hope she is not there when I go in to buy something. I always feel unwelcome vibe from her when I walk into the store as all other clerks. I know I have never said anything to her that was rude... so ya, I kinda, think I'm hated for being YELLOW.
It is only one person who is like that there, but that unpleasant feeling lingers for like 30 min afterwards...

I had just purchased $60 of gas and went in to use the bathroom. I think the manager was there, an older man with gray hair and no mask. He refused to allow me to use the restroom unless I paid for something in the store. I asked if I could purchase something after using the restroom. They explained that I'm unable to use the restroom until I purchase something inside the store first. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Not to mention half of the staff present were not wearing masks. 91 people died of covid in LA yesterday. And these workers weren't even wearing masks. Do not frequent this business. Terrible service and not covid safe. Also gas here is way more expensive than across the street. Except one employee who I saw there yesterday and today, very sweet, sort of quiet. Dark haired woman, she was very kind and had great customer service when I was there yesterday.

Came here with my kids because I needed to use the restroom so bad. The entitled owner was there. I waited for the restroom to be free and he made the employee tell me that I could only use the restroom if I bought something. (He literally would not let them unlock it) Like ok j**** I get it, there's a sign. But I'm not going to take my coffee and slurpee inside while I pee. Literally stared me down as I walked out when I was done peeing... to ensure I bought something. Get a life man. It's right by my kids school, I was waiting for 30 minutes for them to get out and I couldn't hold it anymore. I promise I won't be back.

First off ... I want to thank their cashier Brittaney, who has a great great personality whenever I go here. She knows how to sell and basically handle her shxt while balancing her customer service. For someone who works at a freakin' gas station...., that's awesome! It truly makes a difference to have great employees like her tending to customers like me. So.... This Chevron is pretty damn cool to me because you can randomly see a family of ducks walking around in their lot. Also.... they have a great amount of gas pumps with sufficient enough space for other vehicles to park around the sides as well. Their Extra Mile store in general brings back so many nostalgic memories triggering me because they have random stuff from the 80's and 90's from FRESHLY BAKED Otis Spunkmeyer individual cookies that are 2 for $1, DUNKAROOS!!!!!! ICEE too!?!?!? Restrooms are always clean too. Brittaney introduced me to their Extra Mile Rewards card and app too. Sadly, it doesn't work for gas, but it's a cool thing if you're always getting Chevron gas and wanting rewards for purchasing non-gas items in their store. This Chevron and Extra Mile make a damn good tag team to give customers like me what we need on the go.

I thought masks were required to enter establishments in Los Angeles County, but apparently this gas station doesn't feel like they need to comply. Go get your gas and refreshments elsewhere where they help to keep everybody safe.

I have been going to this station for years, never have I been treated with a snappy attitude. Also, the water and air have always been accessible to regular customers. Maybe someone else's attitude has to be checked before entering the business. I am adamant about being mistreated at a business not to return. I have been going to this station over 20 years, never. A problem. Kudos to the workers!!! Prices are high but I don't blame them, blame Washington DC.

If you only have 91 fuel, your sign should reflect that. Don’t wait until I use your atm, come to the cash register with an armful of goods, then tell me you don’t have any regular fuel.

They charge an extra 35 cents to any purchase under 5 dollars when using a card.... Even if you use debit...I will happily go to the 7 eleevn from now on instead.
