The ATMs never work here. Every time I come here to try to get cash I feel like an idiot because I should know better. Please, either have working ATMs, or have a sign on the ATM saying that's it's broken.

If you could give NEGATIVE ratings, I would. Had someone hack my accoun. I went into this branch for help/service...there was NOT one person that could help me. Teller told me that they were too busy to help me. The worst thing I wanted to hear. I will NOT bank w them too much longer if I cannot get help w I need it. #FURIOUS

Today was my worst banking experience of my life, no exaggeration. I waisted almost an1 1/2 hours eating to verify a Chase check that I wanted to cash, since my bank is closed on Saturdays. I was given many reasons from various staff to why they must speak with account holder before cashing check 1. Such I don't have a Chase account 2. They call account holders for Chase checks over $500 3 They couldn't verify the signature 4. There are special circumstances on his account. Interesting thing is that I left w/o cashing my check, so I went to another branch to see if it's the same result. I am please to say that in the other branch I gave my ID, they said just a moment while I verify the check, they asked for a second ID that Zi gave them; they gave me cash for their Chase check. I was out in 25 minutes. I Recomended using other branches if you value your time and are not an account holder. I was thinking that I would be embarrassed to hear this from some one I paid for their work with a Chase Check or to have Chase call each time I write a Chase check over $500. After this experience I don't want to accept Chase checks or have a Chase account, I don't recommend it. I wonder how many other bad experiences there been in this branch that are not shared ?

None of the reviews were true! Didn’t smell bad outside, mirror worker even though not supposed to use that door and the tellers were very friendly and professional!

Worst Over the Phone Customer Service Ever! Not at all an efficient approach to handeling basic bank matters in a considerate and professional manner. This is not at all quality banking one should trust.

Bad customer service!! Teller lied saying I couldn’t cash a check. So I went to another branch to cash it. You should put this customer service together because is really the worse I’ve experienced. Wells Fargo down street beats you by a thousand. Select tellers who really understands and know how to deal with the public and not make their lives more difficult. I shall make a formal complaint to get this person out! I don’t believe your bank benefits in any way having this person working there.

Bank is in terrible condition. Smells like urine at the front door where they let homeless stay at. Atms are disgusting, mirrors are completely not working so have no point of use. Do they not have a maintenance person who takes care for the atms. The drive-thru one wasnt working as well. Terrible bank.

The ATM machines outside barely ever work. Had to drive to the 190th location & there’s are wack too. Why can’t this bank have an option like the ones in Manhattan Beach Rosecrans & DTLA that allow to step in the bank entrance door with an insert to slide the Chase Debit or ATM Card in? That’s safer if that was that option then deposit money or withdrawals on the outside of the bank publicly,

Worst branch ever. Dolores Alvarez is the worst, she is rude, mean, unprofessional. Very bad experience with her. She also discriminated and had bad attitude to customers.

No one answers the phone. And good luck talking to a "banker" at the branch; now you need an appointment and have to wait 1-2 weeks.
