Chase Bank's management and customer service are subpar. Unprofessional staff and a lack of responsiveness have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I regret choosing them as my bank.

My wife and I use this location anytime we need cash in the south bay, and we've ran in to multiple issues with their ATM (the ATM will take cash from your account and not dispense the cash), which wouldn't be a huge deal -except today we needed assistance before hours and one of the staff members saw my wife trying to get their attention and WOULD not help her (signaling to my wife that they open at 9am -mind you, it's 853am at this point). My wife had to CALL INSIDE for someone to open the door. Once inside, Christina H. helped my wife out and was very unprofessional/rude. Customer support is so bad at this location!! Had my wife in tears the staff was so rude to her once inside!!

Custom service is horrible! I came to this bank a few months ago and my card got stuck in The atm ….then just came back today and the same atm didn’t release my cash but still charged my account. Trying to let the girl know outside of the door and she’s just staring at me and throwing numbers at me because they weren’t open yet, however there’s like 6 of them just waking around. SOMEONE COULD have helped me! This is someone’s money you’re dealing with!!

Very friendly and excellent experience with getting my documents notarised free of cost. I walked in, without even having any appointment and Mr Scott Guerrero was so nice and calm person and he notarised my documents with a smile. Result I took my money out of BOA and deposited in this branch.

I use an ATM machine of the chase bank, but the loading is always long and sometimes the card does not come out, so I have to wait for a long time.ATM machine is very slow compared to other banks

Excellent customer service by Scott who helped me with two separate matters this week over the phone. I could have had the second one handled by the 800 # but wanted the assurance of it done without any doubts so sought out Scott's reliable help again. He even called me back, after we were done, with additional helpful information I wasn't expecting when it was prime time lunch time on a Friday. I've always had a positive experience at this branch, which is my favorite in the area despite it not being the closest nor the branch I originally opened my accounts at.

Antonio the brand manager here at 77049 is a joke here and the customer service is trash and a half. It's Chinese effing New Years we need more than 8 envelopes that you give away for free you uncultured disrespectful branch manager. Zero ducking stars

I will give 0 star for this branch if it was available..the person who picked the phone was rude. I wanted to take an appointment for notary but he denied to do so. Last time when I visited the branch one of the lady did notarize the document and even all other branches are notarizing the documents but this guy very rudely denied. Horrible and pathetic customer service.

I have never been so disrespected and treated badly at a bank the way I was by Sadie Bassam. To make it worse, she was the acting manager the day I went in, as the branch manager was off. This is who you leave in charge? Before I get too far into this, after my horrid experience here, I went to the branch on Torrance Blvd after leaving here, and was treated worlds better, and was helped with zero problems. I was able to walk out without any extra hassle. Go there instead. I will leave out all the subtle jabs about us looking poor and alternative, just the basics. My bf and I went to setup a joint checking account. I already have an account with Chase, so we go there. As we walk in at our appointment time, Sadie was standing in the lobby. After giving us an up and down look that didn't seem friendly at all, she took us to her office. I figured maybe the mask made the look seem weird. We began explaining what we need and she had such an attitude. She refused to listen to anyone. She decided my address was a PO Box and couldn't be used. It's not a PO Box. It's just not. And as I try to explain this, she keeps cutting me off. She hadn't even seen the address or tried to use it. While trying to get her to listen to me and stop cutting me off, I said the f word. Not to her even. "Oh no it's a, oh f*** what is it called, a..." and with that, she stood up and said she wouldn't help us. Fine, whatever. At that point it was already apparent that she didn't want to help us, it had already been like pulling teeth. If you have an "unconventional" address like for the military or senior living, I would not come to this branch, as apparently, they are not capable to handle this. Yes, we were dressed down as we weren't going to work. Yes, we are goth, so wear black and yes my bf wears black nail polish, that she shot a disgusted look at when he used the keyboard. We were more than happy to get out of there. Went down to the one on Torrance, and Giovanni was wonderful. Helped us out, treated us like people, not vermin, and *shock* my address was fine! Do NOT come here unless you like being treated as less than by someone who doesn't even know the banking rules apparently. I'm avoiding this branch at all costs from now on.

Chase has lost the B of A on-line payment draft for the second time in two years. Having used B of A on-line banking for over 20 years, Chase is the ONLY vendor/payee I have ever had an issue with. Absolutely inexcusable. Complete and total incompetence.

Don't believe all the bad reviews until you check it out for yourself. I received excellent customer service from Assistant VP Jason Chang and the tellers in helping me send a large wire payment with no hassles. Other banks require you to set up appointments to send wire payments, but here you can send one with a teller, with no appointment needed.
