TLDR: These people suck! Amazon sent my package through this company, whose employees are liars. As a result, I am not at all happy about my dealings with Ceva Logistics. The Scoop: My delivery day arrived. Ten minutes before the delivery window was about to expire I get a phone call, "Your driver had a family emergency and they won't be delivering your package today." You couldn't have told me that earlier when I wasted my whole day waiting for you guys?! Unfortunately, the guy was unapologetic and seemed to care less. I could imagine this is probably what debating with a customer service robot will be like in the future. Cold. Hollow. Callus. Can't friggin wait! In fact you could probably replace this guy with one and save yourself some money there, Ceva Logistics. When your customer service team gives off major AI robot vibes, is it even customer service?He reschedules me to the following week. If there really was a family emergency, then wouldn't they be shipping this out the following day? It didn't make sense to me and rightfully so. When you don't tell the truth, sometimes the person you are lying to catches on and this was my first red flag that the road with Ceva was going to be rocky.The following week rolls around and I'm expecting my delivery yet again. Surely they wouldn't pull this maneuver a second time on me, right?! WRONG! Lo and behold, I get another call from them. Thankfully they didn't run out the delivery window clock like they did the following week but I still got the same bad news. The delivery won't be there. "Why?!" I ask them. This time is different. They blame the truck... "The truck is broken down. The truck was broken down last week and then we had you rescheduled for today and a different truck broke down again. Bad luck. So sorry" they say. What a bunch of lies, I say to myself. Red flag #2. This customer service must have missed the memo as the truck wasn't to blame last week, it was a "family emergency." I express my unhappiness with how this has all gone down thus far. I am assured that it will be there the following day no matter what. I guess we shall see. If I don't receive my delivery as promised, you people will be hearing more from me...You know what the best thing about telling the truth is? You don't have to remember what lie(s) you told. I would have respected the honesty and probably wouldn't have taken the time to write out my plight with you people but now here we are. So yeah, needless to say, I am not a fan of these aholes. If I had a choice, I would AVOID. I'm not quite sure why Amazon does business with this company. The reviews are terrible. I let Amazon know.

We ordered an expensive rug for our basement. It arrived damaged. We ordered it again. It arrived damaged. We ordered from another company who also uses CEVA as their delivery agent. Guess what? It arrived damaged.In all three cases, it looks like the rug was dragged across a sharp gravel field. The exterior plastic wrap was shredded and the rug was ripped in several places.They have destroyed over $5000 worth of merchandise for us in the past couple of months.

I am sitting in my home waiting for a couch that was to be delivered hours ago. I paid for the couch to be carried into room of choice. The Ceva website says my package has not yet left the local warehouse. No updates by phone or text. Website offers zero options for contacting Ceva. I need to leave my home in a few hours and will be out of town for the next few days. I have been waiting weeks for my delivery and now everything is up in the air. I googled some Ceva numbers for California most are dead ends our not functioning number. I found a local warehouse that my couch may or may not be stored at. They are "closed" until Monday (2 days from now). I have no idea how to reschedule my delivery. I may return home to find an expensive peace of furniture weighing a 1000 pounds sitting in the driveway or not. I paid extra for nothing but worry and questions. I am demanding Bed Bath and Beyond never use this shipping company again for any of my future orders.

A truck parked in a handicapped zone. I told them twice to move. They thought it was a joke. In return, I was called a c**t among other names. These are obviously the kind of people working at this company. I called the cops on them. They need to be fired

FOR TRUCK DRIVERS...Enter via what Google Maps shows as 195th St. on the North side of the complex.ON ARRIVAL: **Press callbox call button & identify yourself. Scan CDL. **Drop empty in the >super tight both< drivers' CDLS.OTHER STUFF: One of the worst & tightest CEVA per some. Every employee was nice enough to us. Preloaded trailer was ready hours early. --Some paid hostler with money or bottled water to back their empty. (My wife did it on her own.)

Ceva was hired to deliver an order I placed through Lowes Home Improvement. Ceva has been a nightmare to deal with. They claim they delivered a front door to my home, but they did not. Their "photo" they claim shows delivery is just a blurry photo of a steering wheel. I have called time after time and they claim there are no notes, that the dispatch individual is not there, that they will research, that they will call me back, etc. The excuses are endless. Meanwhile, I have been charged for an item that was never delivered. I've been on hold for hours (often they just don't answer the phone).Very suspect behavior. Will be reporting this to the NC Attorney General for their unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They have held my delivery hostage for a week. No one will answer the phone. Do not use this carrier or anyone who uses this carrier. If you order form Lowe's online.... beware!!!! They use CEVA and no one cares about the customer experience. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now and I am convinced the only reason I have moved up in the queue is because the people ahead of me finally hung up.

Came here for a delivery. They’re NO signs telling you where to enter and or exit. The security guard had a NASTY attitude, was extremely condescending and communicates poorly. There’s also no bathroom for visitor use! Would rather bite off and eat my pinky toe then come here again.

It's difficult for me to review this company. On the one hand, my TV arrived undamaged. On the other hand, it took exactly a month to receive my TV. I ordered it May 20. The expected delivery date was June 1. It arrived on June 20. Also, CEVA didn't deliver my package. It's also difficult to review this company as a minimum of three other companies were involved in the transaction. Those companies were: Walmart, Newegg, and AMS (Albuquerque Moving & Storage). I purchased the TV off Walmart's website. It was sold and shipped by a 3rd party (Newegg). Newegg's chosen carrier was CEVA. As others have said, trying to figure out where your package is at any given time is baffling, at best. The tracking updates provided seem to be strictly arbitrary. Also, my package originated from Indianapolis. However, online it showed Indinapolis. Sure, the spelling error isn't a major thing, but it's still unprofessional. I got one tracking update most days until May 30, where it supposedly reached the Dallas airport. There it sat...and sat...and sat. I reached out to Walmart after it was late. They told me to contact Newegg. I did. Nearly 48 hours later I was given a website and phone number. The site was useless. It informed me that I couldn't set up delivery online, as I live in a limited delivery area. Bottom line...if you aren't a business, CEVA won't be delivering to you. They use a third party to reach the end user. That phone number was abysmal. It was just a generic robotic voice looping the same lines over and over with no music to listen to. Honestly, I didn't think anyone would answer. Also, I didn't think I could stand to hold. After about 5 minutes a woman picked up. I could hear paperwork being rattled. I expected to get hung up on. I wasn't, but she seemed stressed. She cut me off when explaining I hadn't received my delivery yet, saying "We have an agent in Albuquerque." She gave me his number, but suggested I wait another day before contacting him. I did, and the package still hadn't arrived. I attempted to call the 'agent'. I reached a voicemail that said nothing more than, "Sorry [we] aren't available to take your call. Please leave a message." There was no indication of who I was actually calling. I left a message, but I wasn't called back. So, I had to reach out to Newegg again. Whatever they did got results. Suddenly, the package was moving again, and I got an automated call detailing the delivery day/time. It arrived when it was supposedly to. The AMS driver asked if I wanted it dropped by the curb or carried up. I asked for it to be carried upstairs. I helped him carry it to my second floor apartment, and I gave him a $10 tip.I would definitely be leery if I saw a shipment coming via CEVA, going forward. However, using them wouldn't be out of the question for me. But, I likely wouldn't be comfortable putting them in charge of delivering an expensive purchase again ($1,400 TV). It's too nerve racking for that much time to pass without getting what you paid for or your money back.

Had to do a job there for Lenovo.. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. They take security to a whole new level. Exceptionally clean and organized. Would recommend to any company looking for any logistical needs

Absolutely brutal service. I'm not sure why AMAZON uses these guys, but their tracking is AWFUL and they're slow as molasses. I've had a large package sitting in Vancouver for almost 2 weeks for no reason, while my actual tracking has gone from 'in shipment' to 'at destination' to 'delivered'. I finally found out today that it's still sitting in the warehouse in Vancouver on its way to Toronto and hasn't left yet.The tracking is wrong on a regular basis, doesn't correspond with what's actually happening, and it's hard to get a truthful answer from their representatives. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I won't be making any large purchases from Amazon again until they ASSURE me it won't be through CEVA.

A 1 star review for this company is FAR to generous since they don't even deserve that.Our delivery of a very large gazebo was scheduled to arrive within a 3 hour window in the morning and since it was such a high priced item, also required a signature. We were very aware of the fact this delivery consisted of several very large and HEAVY boxes, so we set time aside that morning to ensure we could have the boxes placed in the garage by the logistics company.The morning came on gone and the delivery window closed, so NO DELIVERY, nor did they even provide a courtesy call to advise of the delivery status. So after calling them, they apparently had not planned to deliver as scheduled, supposedly due to a shortage of drivers. After further discussion they agreed to have it delivered later in the day and would call when they were 30 minutes away.Well the evening came, we did not get a phone call and we had made plans away from the house. A expected nobody answered the phone when we called, but low and behold as we were heading out, the truck arrives in the driveway. So since we had a long week and refused to sacrifice our time out for a another crappy company, we had to ask them to leave the items in the driveway, which unfortunately left us with hauling these extremely heavy and large boxes into the garage ourselves later that night.Unfortunately for this purchase we didn't have a say in delivery options, but after this fiasco we will make it very clear CEVA Logistics will never deliver to us again! Not a surprise that a company like this is short on help, the delivery people are literally thrown into the line of fire.Cheers!

We were supposed to pick up at 1159 midnight and we arrived at 11:15 and were told the guy in charge of processing load already left and had to wait till morning.Some stuff are nice but so others have an attitude for no reason. I have been to many ceva locations most of them have a very good stuff such as Aurora Co , but this one is one of few worst locations.
