So fresh and so clean. Great job grooming our cocker spaniel. Fantastic communication overall, including reminder text messages - and - notification estimating time to completion for pickup. Prices are appropriate for the quality of work. The owners and groomers are very kind people. It's a family-owned business - support local!

When this business was owned/managed by Rosalba and Thomas it was great. However it recently changed ownership again and although I made the next appointment for my 3 dogs on a Saturday in front of the new owners at the end of August, they did not inform me they changed their hours to not work Saturdays. Had I known I would have found new groomers 2 months ago since we are only available to bring them on the weekends. Professional courtesy would have been to contact future Saturday appointments and cancel them beforehand.

I agree with Lissa W. It was beautiful when Rosalba owned the business and then Thomas. New owners need to take a business management course about customer loyalty. I had been taking my dogs for over 13 years. I lost my Goldendoodle last year and still take my Bernadoodle. We have had a stand-in appointment every 3rd Friday from the beginning. When new ownership took over, they canceled all of my 9:00 AM appointments until the end of the year and scheduled me at random days and times. Today, we had an 11:30 AM appointment. It's usually a quick appointment for 1 1/2 hours. I had yet to receive the text telling me she was ready. I was doing errands today and was nearby and stopped in to check on the status, only to find out that they had not even begun her service; WHAT???? Angry is an understatement. The only response I could get from Jen, one of the owners, is we have been busy, and I don't even know what time it is. I told her that common courtesy and communication would have been appreciated. They need to get it together! I want to thank Emi and Amy, who have been there since the beginning and have done an excellent job.

Emmi from Castle K-9 does all the Pomeranian haircuts! She is amazing. Lucy is easy to groom but Kota freaks out! Emmi was the first person that I took her to that was able to cut her hair. Ever since then I have been taking her there 4 beautiful haircuts in a row! Plus Castle K nine is very quick. I hate dropping her off for more than three hours. I usually get her back within 2 1/2. Thomas is so nice and gets back to text messages quickly. In my opinion of the groomers I have tried I love Castle K-9! Definitely recommend!

I take my pit mix here to be groomed. The gentleman who does the grooming for her always treats her like a princess. He even stayed with her while I was coming to pick her up because she didn't want to be in the kennel. It takes a little bit of time 1-2 weeks to schedule an appointment but is well worth it.

Today was the first time I took Ziggy for grooming anywhere. I didn't trust anyone and I did it for a year myself. I so much appreciate what Thomas and his crew have done with Ziggy. He is beautiful and so well groomed in every aspect! Will never do it again myself now that I found Castle K9

I've been taking my dog, Chewie, here for almost two years and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Chewie is a massive drama queen when it comes to baths and nail trims and Thomas is great with him. They are great about using Chewie's special shampoo and not using the dryer because it scares my delicate flower of a dog.

I am so glad I was referred to Thomas and Castle K-9 by our dog trainer (wet noses- warm hearts). We recently got a puppy who will need consistent grooming for his lifetime, and I wanted to make sure his first experiences were positive and loving. It couldn't have gone better. Not only did the puppy come back looking show ring ready and smelling fantastic, he was also happy! Thomas has so much knowledge to share, and I now have homework to buy the correct brushes for my Bernedoodle! They take their time, they are knowledgeable, clearly care about their dogs, and well worth the long drive it takes me to get there!

We take our pooodle/airedale mix to Thomas about every 6 weeks or so. He is always so good with her to make sure she is comfortable. He is really knowledgable about different dog breed and what their cut requires. For instance, airedales should only have their nails filed, not cut because of how dense it is. Our pup always comes out super fresh and smells great!

Had my first visit/cut with my goldendoodle Benito and I am so happy with the service! Thomas took the time to interact with my pup and made him feel comfortable when we first arrived. Benito's hair was so long and it was beginning to get matted and Thomas went out and beyond to give him a clean cut. Thank you so much for everything and for the advice in caring for my pup's fur.
