They hardly have any good hats unless you go Saturday when they release early morning. Also never order pre orders from them online. They will push the date back over and over.

Great service. Open at 11 am on Sundays but the salesman accommodated my sons few minutes early for Orioles hats in prep for a game scheduled at noon. Great selection, to include unique styles and retro options.

Make sure that you have a good chunk of change so that you can get your shop on. This place is pretty big and has damb near everything that you want or can ask for. It has plenty of clothing stores it has tattoo shops, auto accessories store all the jewelry, nail shop, food, airbrush store oh I can go on. This is your one stop and shop.

If I could give them no stars I would. We ordered a hat for my grandson on line for Christmas and he didn't like it. We tried to return it to the store and were told we had to mail it back. We took it to UPS and returned the hat. The hat was never worn by anyone. We are now told it didn't pass their inspection because the brim was pre-curved and the sticker was gone. We never touched the hat and the way we returned it was exactly how we received it. The hat was $75 and they will not let him exchange it for something he likes. They sent me photos of the hat they claim to have received and it didn't look like the one we returned. Never ever order from their on line store. My grandson and his friends spend thousands at this store and for them to do this to him is terrible.

SATURDAY HAT DROP LINE: Cheaters, Greedies, Manipulators, OneUppers, and CapCity staff who do not care and perpetuate this problem. Folks come as early as. 6:00am to be amongst the first to get first dibs on collector baseball caps. People put their chair to hold the spot but leave, go home and return around 8:00am to take their spot - others come@6:00am, sit in the chair till 10:30, when CCstaff comes outside to the line and passes out numbered tickets to people who have patiently waited . At 10;30, people enter the store, purchase no more than 3 of the most popular hats and exit the store. It's time consuming for sure. The honor system of the line is being corrupted by a group of online sellers and manipulators: Cannot trust exactly how many butts are in one chair; one person sits the chair but seat actually has 3/4 people who show up at 10:00 for ticket! Another, "one," person sits the seat but a family of 6 will be given tickets, buy 3 caps each, diminishing the stock and messing it up for the one person sitting one seat!! The more popular hat and sizes are gone by the time the patient, honest seat sitter gets inside the store! I sat my seat, 10 behinds were in the seats - my ticket number was 20!! WTH?! I wanted three hats / I got ONE hat. The, Greedies/Manipulators were gleeful with weighted bags of 10 caps! THIS IS TOTAL BS!! We have complained to cashiers - NO ONE CARES. Hear there have been fights, people's chairs have been moved and other craziness to follow. There are other stores with cap drops who use a lottery system ( fair playing field). EASY FIX: 1. Use lottery system; 2.pass tickets out day before drop3. Create online signUp - buyers are notified via SMOR: DO NOTHING UNTIL SOMETHING UNFORTUNATE HAPPENS ( guaranteed to happen). Move the mall police on this side.
