I was at this location at 1035pm and this location will closed at 11pm and with today's date 04 14 2024a supervisor name Dennis was arrogant not knowledgeable and with a nasty attitude reasoned for visiting the store was customer issue and according to the girl at the register a supervisor needed with my customer issue which missing merchandise was .the reasoned a supervisor needed to help me out so I patiently waited and Dennis the supervisor arrived at the register at 1058pm gave me an attitude wherein he supposedly fix the issue of my visit at this location tonight and he told me with a big nasty attitude that store will be closing in one minute instead of fixing the issue that I had with this location Dennis made it seems worst the issue instead and Dennis yelled at me I am a customer for years spending money and together with my store credit account and truly not deserved to be treated the way Dennis did its not obviously in burlington handbook that 11pm should close the store and let customer like me to be forced leave the premises and that is very rude that in 1minute time store need to closed without properly assisted and resolved my issue he instead gave me an attitude that obviously Dennis doesn't know that customer service is a top priority before anything else attention managers of this location I demand an action because I was treated very unfairly and I wouldn't take his attitude because again I am a customer came to this location to be help with a person with authority and not abused his authority by providing me a very poor and un human treatment attention corporate people don't tolerate a employee who's giving your company and representing a bad image to your consumers and that includes me action from your end with this kind of behavior from your employee needed action and I demand i for that which I deserve thank you and expecting an immediate action on your end

went to Burlington late night to go shopping and the guy greeting at the door ... I think he was just the security there , was so nice and helpful. He has great customer service and was very nice and polite. haven't went shopping in a long time and he made my shopping experience easy to check out and I will be definitely going back to this locaction just because the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location ‼

Burlington of Hawthorne, the bathrooms are clean but you can't handle the people who go to take something out of the boxes and leave them.

Dannie is a customer service extraordinaire ! She is such an amazing soul . Kind and happy energy that you cannot help but feel when interacting with her . Definitely management material if not already . Burlington truly has a gem with her . The store itself was very well stocked . A lot of inventory to choose from . Better stocked than other locations I've been to .

The worst thing they can have is that they are very slow cashiers and there were only 2 people collecting money and then only one since the other was walking around on her cell phone. VERY LOOSE

My mom enjoys coming here after work to look around and purchase what she likes. Usually we have a good experience. Today Terrie a cashier was so rude. I understand it's holiday season and so many customers but you do work in customer service. Her attitude is not it and should not be working if she doesn't want too

If I could rate this location a 0 I would. This was the worst experience ever. There were only 2 available windows. A cashier was talking on the phone through her airpods while checking you out. So unprofessional and rude. Everything is scattered everywhere, the store is a whole mess.

Needs more organizing, prices are higher than other similar stores, need more cashiers to work registers as well as merchandise organizers. Other than that the people are nice and friendly.

Don't visit this place unless you want long wait times period. They don't care about your waiting, they will stop ringing up customers and put away hangers while you wait. Jacqueline needs to know that her customers are priority instead of tidy up her work area. When mentioned she asked that I have patience with over 30 people in line. Don't know the other CSR African American name with the ugly blonde wig and tattoos but she was rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could

I would not recommend to shop here, workers here are rude, don't have a customer service qualification and yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of lot of people where I am purchasing $300 worth of items. - Girl named Terry. - Hippie worker, with piercing on his nose. I was in the store for almost an hour to shop for my son. I have whole bunch of stuff. When I got in line, I am double checking the items that I have before I pay it and walked up to the cash register lady named Terry and the lady have this attitude and the lady is like "Do you know what you want?" cause I have lot of items on my basket. I was like, "Yes I do know what I want" and she said "Do you mind me to go with someone else" So I let the lady on my back go in front of me. When the lady is done, I let 2-3 people to go in front of me and still looking for what's on my bucket. After I let like 6 people to go in front of me, I realized that the line got longer, and when it's my turn the lady on cash register looks impatient... so I put all stuffs in front of her and I told her that my budget is $300, and let me know if it's already on $300, everything is on sale so I need to budget the amount that I will be spending. Out of all 13 cash register, only one is open. When I got there, this other worker walk away and shows back up 15 minutes later. So the line was long and there's these 20 people behind me, by that time, the second register opened up. I know the line is long, but out of all 13 register, only one is open and she start whispering to this another worker from the store, he's a hippie dude went back from his break, she said "She mad and taking forever." and they started whispering rude things about me. When I am about to pay, I am trying to transfer money from my bank. As I was making the purchase, these hippie worker yelled over, He was like "Uh excuse me, you're holding up the line, I am calling up the manager." as if I'm not making a purchase. She even dare to call the manager, just because I'm still doing bank transfer to pay my items? I even waited their the manager, to see what she's gonna tell about me. It's not a good experience, they made me feel embarrassed, sad, depressed and humiliated after these scenario. This is traumatizing, be careful with these workers.

I love this place. You can easily spend $200 for a $1000 worth of goodies. Definitely the place for clothes.

Not friendly staff and they are operating with just one cashier and take a long time (20min) to go over, unbelievable. I do not recommend.
