I don't use 1 star reviews lightly but it was warrented this time. First it started off with not being able to add the tip to your card nor will they allow cash back. Who carries cash anymore? However you are free to use their ATM with the bonus $4 charge.
Now onto the wash. When I arrived I was elated because it was practically empty. My car is brand new so far from dirty. The wash is complete and they park it on the side to wait for the employee to start drying. And it sat. And sat. Now it's completely dry from the sun and covered in water spots. They gave it a quick wipe down for effect and announced it done.
I walk over and yes it's still covered in spots and looking even closer it's still kinda dirty. There are noticeable dirty spots and those yellow pollen drops all over. It really looked like they just squired it with a hose and called it a day. Going back to this place is a hard pass for me.

At first I believe in this car wash as many time I drove past everyday after work. the service I received today was very horrible. I paid for a package In which I felt I was Rob, took my car to Get clean / wax an shampoo. About an hour later car was pick up an was very clean on the outside. I hop in a drove home , After reaching home i went to the back seat of the car to take out something a that’s when i realized my mat and carpet was still dry & dirty. However there was so much little dirty still on the carpet. I Then decided to
Called the car wash company. After speaking with the front desk I drove back to the car wash to let them have a look on what I’m talking about. With all this said they wasn’t trying to clean it over or fix the issue rather than to just have me pay a difference on something they didn’t clean very well. Thanks again for very poor customer service but I’ll take my business Somewhere else.

I have been to a few hand car washes in Torrance and Bubble Bath is the best one. They take time with each car and do a thorough job. I highly recommend them.

Door jambs and truck jambs were dried first, then same rag was used to dry the rest of the car. Also wiped down the bottom areas of the car first then worked their way up. Workers need training on how to wipe cleaner areas first before wiping the dirtier areas. Also need to train to use different rags for different areas.

They clean the cars very carefully and the service is fast, the employees are so. very friendly, they only need to have the car polich, not the packages that have everything, highly recommended

I like working in that place although I think there is a lot of indifference, I think it would be cooler if we were all more united but there are many who just look for the best and they already know who gives and who doesn't. That's not right but you can't change people. It doesn't matter what they do, I like working in that place and I try to do my job well so that clients leave happy?

Complete waste of money!! I just bought my car 2 weeks ago and as the owner i want my car to get washed every 2 weeks to maintain a nice looking car but this bubble bath hand car wash has a bunch of lazy guys! I even asked the guy to kindly wipe the front exterior again and he said “THAT’S TOO MUCH WORK” I went home disappointed then i look around my car when i got home I saw scratches all over it!! I regret going there!!! ?

I would never go to this car wash every again, because when I got my car washed here it had a bunch of scratches on the trunk from the employee wiping it before goes inside the assembly line. The employee claimed it was already scratched and refused to give me any compensation for the damage. The company over prices these horrible washes and the customer service is awful like the rest of the services!
