Have had Bristol West for many years.. my car hit right front but refuse to fix alignment!! Due to wear and tear on the wheel.. The adjuster Ryan does not return calls. You can’t hear him, he mubbles and is very rude. I thought when you purchase insurance, it’s to protect you. I spoke to his supervisor Erica and she left me hanging.. I’m still waiting for my car.

I highly recommend Bristol Bay. We've been with Bristol Bay for 8 years now for our tax preparations. The owner Ed has been very helpful. The staff are very nice and pleasant. Ed's office is clean and neat. The office maintains client privacy at all times.

I have been going to cool ED for 14 years, Hes been doin my taxes from out of state. I moved to TN, MO, and now IL and of course im from LB cali so thats how I met him?I stick with him because his prices are good and he stays up on game with knowing updated tax laws. He always makes sure he get me all my money too. Yeah hes busy he has not just 1, but alot of clients that trust him so ppl who may have anxiety over there money can't blame him for not returning their call in the same day. Trust me he will get bk with you,Try shoot ing him a email instead. Who ever is reading this have a pleasant day ? ?Thank you ED you tha man!

The level of professionalism from Ed and team is admirable. I recently reached out with a tax proposal inquiry for 2017. He address the issue in less than 48 hours. He surpassed my expectations given is tax season and I'm sure he's slammed. I absolutely love the service and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Ed and team!

Ed has been doing my family's taxes for over a decade. He is always so helpful, informative and patient with the multitude of questions we always since both my husband and I have several sources of income and our taxes get complicated. I been a Bistro Bay customer for about 10 years now. All of my family comes here every year. Ed is very professional and knows how to answer all of my question regarding my taxes.
