There is no escalation process to resolve customer dissatisfaction with service response, especially on top end $2,200 espresso machines. Customer is left stranded. Far too many barriers. Problems are an annoyance to them.

Worst customer service in us , I never see something like this , I email them no one answer , I call 3 times still no response, and I have really big safety problems with batista express
