As much as I appreciate the products and the customer service when it's there, I don't like the fact that they post business hours and they don't honor it. And I've called their number with the recorded message for the voicemail stating their business hours and when it gets to the recording part, it doesn't record the voicemail. I'm currently in front of the store today (11/18/2022) @ 4:33pm, and the sign says closed. This isn't the first time it has happened--I've come here another time in the past, they were open before 5pm during the workweek, so I've had high hopes again. Today, it's plummeted once more. Just change it to 4pm on Friday & stick with it. Sometimes people drive out of their way just to come & buy from as well as support local business.. I'm hoping that integrity can be held with better respect, I have high regard for Brazilians.

Today l went to buy some products there as lve been a customer since 18 years ago. I need to use the bathroom and she said l couldn't use it there, so l asked to use the By Brazil restaurant that she owe and she told me that l couldn't and told me to go to somewhere else. I'll never go back there ever again and I'll stop recommend that place which is not that great anyway!!

This place has done a 360 from the past ownership. Place is always clean and with a pleasant staff. I like the new look and vibe of the place My only complaint would be that they don't deliver or have a set up so I can have a monthly delivery at my house since I live in Long Beach But I just don't go as often and when I do I just get all I need for a long time. But congrats to new owners when someone truly love their place of business it's obvious by the way ur store looks and they surely care for that ... it's a one stop shop that is a must !
