It's fun going there but I wish they had the stuff online in the store. I ordered and it was close by then ended in another state. Customer service was good and hot a refund but so bummed I didn't get my Snoopy order.

We were Looking for a particular item for my son’s birthday and CLAUDIA gladly helped us, took her time to look for it and help us to order online. I hope everyone works like this, she obviously loves what she does and very knowledgeable to her store, thanks Claudia.

Great store! They have so many cute items and clothing to choose from. Everytime I go the workers there are so sweet! Yesterday I was helped by Randel and he went above and beyond to find a pair of pajama pants for me in the back! Haha! He went out of his way and it was super appreciated! Come here for a great shopping experience! ?

I've never been to a retail establishment where the employees were so friendly and happy and appeared to really enjoy their job. What a joy it is to shop there and they have some great deals all the time, especially if you download their app.

Only walked 1/4 of the store wen the 5th employee was about to explain the sale going on to us again we just left...shop online dnt shop here can't even look at the stuff without them talking to you. Let me impulse purchase in peace man

I came here on a whim, and I saw they had the Mean Girls bag clips where it’s a surprise what character you’re going to get. I really wanted Regina George, but most of all, I wanted Damien saying, “She doesn’t even go here!” Claudia, who is a Mean Girls fan and works here, went out of her way to help me pick my characters. I did not get Damien which I really wanted, so Claudia bought a couple of Mean Girls clips for herself, got Damien, and was willing to trade!!! I’ve never had such amazing customer service like this in a very long time! Claudia, you are amazing!!!

(FIXED VER.)Extremely rude cashier who was making a fuss. She didn't even let us select something for 25 percent off when it was 25 percent off, but she only did it with certain customers. I also bought a Hatsune Miku figure from there, and as soon as I opened it, when I got home, it came out damaged. I had to use crazy glue to fix it back together. Wish I could rate it a star, and all the staff were rude.
