730pm store said they close at 8pm. .. these guys have poor customer service. Even the staff acted like they could not hear me when I asked them why they where closed early? .. like they where scared for not following there store policy. Rude and unworthy of a good review

Customer service was incredible. I told the cashier that I was from out of town and had never been to a Boot Barn before and he gave me a discount on my purchase! Felt very welcomed and loved exploring the store. Would come again, if I lived in the area!

There are a variety of leather boots for men and women and work boots for men, women's and men's clothing. It's a little expensive but it's worth it.

I received gift cards for Boot Barn so I decided to use the cards on some jeans. This location is substantially lager than the old store. There is a wide variety of cowboy boots and apparel. All the registers were open and the staff was friendly.

The new boot barn in Torrance is great with lots of choices, and a good staff that helps you along. I am most enjoyed seeing someone working there that looks like me.(African American). My New Year’s resolution is to not support businesses that don’t support us! I love my boots!
