“I was very pleased with the work Jeremy did on my buddy's 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 truck. The dent was obvious before he worked on it and to all my non-car friends it is now invisible. Photos cannot do justice to the difficulty (and I have videos but cannot figure out how to post them). Everyone who worked on this on my side from South Carolina, Arizona, and California think he did an excellent job.

I started by taking it to Johnnie's Auto Body Shop on Washington and Cesar gave me a quote but would not start work on it until I found 3 custom pieces he said he would have no way to locate. I asked all my car people for help, located and purchased them (it took a few tries to get the right ones). Once I had them, I took everything back to Cesar who then noticed the truck has a multi tone custom paint job in addition to the custom accents and asked for more parts to be removed and said he could not honor the quote and they might not be able to do the repair at all. He suggested I find someone else to do the work.

I contacted Rick's Dings and Dents and got a quote, but due to the complexity he would need the custom accent replacement available and a specific work area because the steel was so thick it requires a hydraulic machine to fix the dent (concrete of a certain size to work on). I got 2 of my neighbors with working areas which matched his requirement. Rick decided he could not do the job.

Jeremy saw what needed to be done. He told me I needed to bring into the shop and give him plenty of time to work on it. He did an amazing job.”

“Customer service and the quality of work were excellent. My car looked great. I was beyond pleased with their work. Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of auto body repair.”

It’s really hard to find an auto body shop that you feel is honest and reliable, but Doug and his team are just that. His whole team are amazing, straightforward, and super friendly. “If I ever need a body shop in the future I'd definitely come to Tony's. Tony was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest that he'd spent almost an hour talking me OUT OF fixing my car, a potentially $15K+ job! I have a pretty good idea about auto body and mechanical repairs and visited multiple shops for estimates and opinions before coming to Tony's. Upon seeing my car, Tony pointed out quite a few things that indicated more extensive damage that no other shop had noticed. It wouldn't make financial sense to repair the car due to the extent of damage and I'd be better off accepting a total loss payout from insurance.
While there are plenty of people who would fake a smile just to get your business, I didn't expect such genuine, honest businessmen like Tony, especially in the auto repair business. It's easy to see how he's running two successful shop around town with a third one opening soon.

They were able to color match and order parts for me while I still have my car and the installation only took one day. “Excellent work and even better customer service. We could not be happier and grateful for the professionalism and kind understanding of our circumstances. I'm a Canadian and my daughter was working on a three month internship in Torrance, CA. Two weeks before the end of her internship her car was at the end of a three car pile up on HWY 110. Thankfully no injuries but some significant damage to the rear of the car. We don't live in Torrance and we did not know one shop from another, so I asked an old friend who he recommended, and that was Caliber. Before the accident we had planned to drive the car from LA to Ottawa, Canada where my daughter was going to start a second internship. With only one week inbetween jobs, we thought it would be impossible to get the car fixed in time, and we already had non-refundable reservations for hotels across the country. To cut to the chase, John and Jeff at Caliber knew our timeline and they got the job done with a day to spare. This will be an epic road trip with my two adult kids, and we would not know what we would have done without Caliber. We have no worries about the quality of the job done, but still nice to know that we have a nation-wide gaurantee on the work done.
