“Amazing detail work done by Marcos team. I had a rear bumper dent-in from my Tacoma and needed it to be replaced. This is my work truck so I can't drop it off for more than one day. They were able to color match and order parts for me while I still have my car and the installation only took one day. And because the installation hours were less than the initial quotation, he lowered the price for me. Detailed and honest work is so rare these days. I definitely recommend that anyone come here for their auto repairs.”

“Customer service and the quality of work were excellent. My car looked great. I was beyond pleased with their work. Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of auto body repair.”

“If I ever need a body shop in the future I'd definitely come to Tony's. Tony was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest that he'd spent almost an hour talking me OUT OF fixing my car, a potentially $15K+ job! I have a pretty good idea about auto body and mechanical repairs and visited multiple shops for estimates and opinions before coming to Tony's. Upon seeing my car, Tony pointed out quite a few things that indicated more extensive damage that no other shop had noticed. It wouldn't make financial sense to repair the car due to the extent of damage and I'd be better off accepting a total loss payout from insurance.
While there are plenty of people who would fake a smile just to get your business, I didn't expect such genuine, honest businessmen like Tony, especially in the auto repair business. It's easy to see how he's running two successful shop around town with a third one opening soon.
I rarely write reviews but just felt so compelled to after meeting with Tony today. See Tony for your auto body repair needs and he will not steer you wrong!”
“Went in to have my Honda Accord 2018 fixed after I got into an accident. Jessie did great work on and made sure everything worked right. I highly recommend you ask for Jessie he's a great worker and makes sure everything is how it should be. Great customer service there and I can tell everyone there loves to work on cars. My dad and grandma have been here before too and they have nothing bad to say about it either”

“I have had two recent occasions to bring my car to Caliber for repair. In each case, the work was done to my complete satisfaction, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and very professional. As I recall, two of your employees deserve special mention – Jackie and Lilly. They each fully explained the work required, answered all my questions, and gave me a completion date that was met. The first occasion involved body work due to a rear-end impact. Jackie was great to work with and even found a source for a decorative part (“C-Max” nameplate) that was no longer available from Ford. More recently, a door realignment was needed after a low-speed impact - Lilly got the job done for me the same day for only a modest charge. Great customer service in both instances! Caliber is my go-to place for any future auto body work.

“I'm so happy with the results... Bravo did a fantastic job. It look longer than I wished since it was minor exterior work, but I don't think it was unreasonably long. I didn't have a rental car coverage so needing a car while getting the repairs done was on me, not them. The front desk ladies are all so sweet. I got help right away, had my car taken in and got my car back exactly the time they promised. I could've gone to a different body shop for faster repairs, but Bravo was referred from the dealership so after the repairs, it was taken to the dealership service department for calibration which was one less thing I needed to worry about. My car looks like a brand new car. Jennifer corresponded to all my emails for questions and status quickly, which I appreciated. You hear about autoshop nightmares but I did not have any of that here. Honestly, you're already in so much stress dealing with the accident, insurance and of course whatever life throws at you, but I'm just so glad I got my car back like new. “I was very pleased with the work Jeremy did on my buddy's 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 truck. The dent was obvious before he worked on it and to all my non-car friends it is now invisible. Photos cannot do justice to the difficulty (and I have videos but cannot figure out how to post them). Everyone who worked on this on my side from South Carolina, Arizona, and California think he did an excellent job.
I started by taking it to Johnnie's Auto Body Shop on Washington and Cesar gave me a quote but would not start work on it until I found 3 custom pieces he said he would have no way to locate. I asked all my car people for help, located and purchased them (it took a few tries to get the right ones). Once I had them, I took everything back to Cesar who then noticed the truck has a multi tone custom paint job in addition to the custom accents and asked for more parts to be removed and said he could not honor the quote and they might not be able to do the repair at all. He suggested I find someone else to do the work.
I contacted Rick's Dings and Dents and got a quote, but due to the complexity he would need the custom accent replacement available and a specific work area because the steel was so thick it requires a hydraulic machine to fix the dent (concrete of a certain size to work on). I got 2 of my neighbors with working areas which matched his requirement. Rick decided he could not do the job.
Jeremy saw what needed to be done. He told me I needed to bring into the shop and give him plenty of time to work on it. He did an amazing job.”
