I was told by Kaiser and an employee of BioHorizon Medical who came to my house to measure for a device that it would be free to me, paid by Medicare and my Kaiser Senior Advantage insurance. After I got it, I got a bill for 20% of the total. When I called them, the woman I spoke to literally interrupted me every single time I tried to say something. She threatened collection and lots of bills and phone calls. Finally I said I would mail the device back to them if they would send me a prepaid label. She said fine and hung up on me without another word. I had to call back to find out details. Luckily I spoke to a young man who politely fielded my question and called me back with the information. They should be called Biohazard instead of BioHorizon.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exemplary and attentive customer service and care provided by BioHorizon Medical. From the moment I started working with them, it was clear that they prioritize their clients' needs above all else.
Cassidy has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that I continue to have everything I need. Her dedication and commitment to providing top-notch service are truly commendable. Additionally, working with Sara has been an incredible experience. Both Cassidy and Sara are extremely knowledgeable and have made every interaction enjoyable and efficient.
Having worked with several companies in the past, I can confidently say that BioHorizon Medical has exceeded all my previous experiences and expectations. I am so glad that I found them! Their exceptional service and care have made a significant difference for me in my care. I highly recommend BioHorizon Medical to anyone in need of their services. Avoid the place at all costs! The owner of this place is mean! He's a hot head and throws a temper tantrum when he doesn't get his way. He's a spoiled brat! I pity the employees that work for him and even pity the customers that have to go into this place.

One issue with BioHorizon Medical pertains to its CEO, Mr. Mark Knight. It has become evident from the outset that Mr. Knight is not truthful and lacks credibility. Despite his over 20 years of experience in the field, he appears to lack a deep understanding of the company's internal operations. Under his leadership, the work environment is hostile and unhealthy. His communication style is aggressive, violent, demeaning, and disrespectful, causing employees to feel threatened and at risk of physical harm. Meetings meant to inform staff often devolve into incoherent rants due to Mr. Knight's poor communication skills. When hiring new personnel, he promises certain benefits but fails to deliver on his promises. The current patient assistance processes are inadequate and unfair, with individuals who are owed refunds only receiving credits instead of the monetary compensation they are entitled to.

Stay away from this company! They sold me a device that's useless and demanded my copay of 2,652$ upfront before even submitting a claim to blue shield . Their inflated claim of 33k ( for a Lipedema small device) was dismissed by blue shield and blue shield I had zero co pay. Furthermore the device is useless . I've contacted them multiple times over the course of four months now - no one answered my calls. Bottom line zero customer service , inflated prices and bogus co pays

I recently took my mother for a measurement appointment at the Torrance location and everything was great as far as the staff but it was scorching hot inside. The poor fitter was sweating so much and was yet very professional. I felt so bad for her and when I asked if perhaps the a/c could be turned on she said it comes on automatically but the 30 mins I was there it never came on. I was so happy to finally exit the office and get some of that breeze! Management -if you read this PLEASE do something about the a/c I feel so bad for the people working!"

No one ever calls back. I ordered products for patients and never heard back from them. Then 4 months later, the supplies showed up. Terrible customer service

Needed a medical product from this company, and they charged me my full year deductible in order to get them ordered. As soon as it was clear that the deductible had been met by another, unrelated medical vendor, I let them know that I had been overcharged. Told to wait by customer "service" until the charge cleared the insurance company. Then once it cleared, I sent them the paperwork documenting the overcharge--they never contacted me about the overcharge. After sitting on my correspondence for over a week, and into the 3rd day of the next month, they acknowledged that I overpaid by nearly $400, but since it was after the first of the month, I had to wait yet another month to get reimbursed the $$ because they only pay bills on the "first of the month." And I paid with a credit card, so they simply could issue a credit. The bill department were well aware of the overcharge before the first of this month--based on my correspondence, but sat on it for an extra day so they could hold onto the funds for another 30 days. How sleazy is that business practice--especially given my circumstances known to this company. I would also say they seriously overcharge for these products, many of which are available without medical insurance for a fraction of what they bill and receive from the insurance company.

This is the worst medical supply company ever. When you call & leave a message no one ever calls back. When you do get a hold of someone like marie rojas they are dumber than sticks. When you ask her to add a simple instruction such as rear unit to address label she fails to do so. A trained monkey does better. Go through a different company.

If I could give a 0 I would. Sales rep Maria Rojas x 146 does not follow simple mailing directions. I had ordered 2 leg garments completely paid for my Aug 2nd. I instructed her to out rear unit because UPS never can find me. Well she put rear unit on pkg label causing items to nit be delivered. I sent them back. Her supervisor Diana x122 said that I would be getting s refund next month. Mark Knight is the President of this company. I reached out asking to expedite this refund. Why should I have to wait when I paid for both garments by 8/2? If you want good customer service then BioHorizon is not your company. There are many other companies that can supply you & cheaper as well.

Unfortunately I do need to use compression garments, and this is the best source to get one, I was send and used multiple other vendors for yuzo and jobst customs, but its such a hassle and takes for ever, Sara the girl that does the measuring knows her stuff and is really flexible, and will meet you at your house, therapist, etc. They really make it easy.

Absolutely ridiculous. Web site says so many nice things about how they help. Tried to get name of local dealer. Rep says they are in California, umm I had already told her I am in Florida. Rep says she will give me name of dealer in Pennsylvania!! Umm, I did mention that I'm in Florida. Rep asked my insurance, I'm on Medicare. Oh, they only deal with (real) INSURANCE. Entire call continued in that vein. I'll have no problem purchasing my pump from company that has better customer service.
