For a well established brand that has both a retail and online store, they need to look at their business processes. I went to the store to return an item that I purchase online. The manager or more senior associate that was trying to help insisted that I show him an order confirmation email that shows the type of payment I used. All I had to show him was the order and shipping confirmation which both did not show WHICH payment method was used. I even logged into my Billabong account and same thing. He explained they need to verify that I didn't use a 3rd party vendor for payment. While I understand this, how am I supposed to verify this if NOTHING was sent from Billabong? He kept insisting that they should have sent this. In the end, I ended up going back home and returning the item via mail. He also used a calculator to calculate the refund amount because there was a discount applied...do your systems not automatically calculate this when a return is processed? I have never had this issue with any other brand. Save yourself the time and frustration and just return your online items via mail...or just don't purchase anything online! Don't bother emailing customer support either because you will get a response that has absolutely nothing to do with your question. Not sure who they have answering their emails. Horrible customer support.

Not only one of my favorite brands because everything fits perfectly and looks super cute on. But also... Great customer service at this specific location! So friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Made my shopping experience even better!

This may possibly the worst store as far as customer service goes in Del Amo. The two girls "working" stood behind then counter on their phones the whole time as i was searching for sizes and out of reach items. Not a hello, can I help you nothing...too bad I was shopping for my two sons and two nephews and walked out with nothing...GREAT job Billabong!

Never apply for a job here if you're a teen looking for a job or just in general. Worst hiring manager ever. I went to an interview and at the end of the interview I said to call me around after three on weekdays cause I have school. A week from the interview, she calls me on Tuesday around 2:40 and I'm in school at that time. After school that day as I enter my house I check my missed calls and I saw that they called me so I call them back, no answer. I call them back an hour later, no answer. I call them one more time before closing time, no answer. On Wednesday morning my phone literally stopped working so I couldn't call them all day. Then Thursday I get it fixed and call and they gave it to someone else. If they called me after 3 on Tuesday then I would have answered. Ugh not even a voicemail. It's fine I found another place in the mall that hired me after an interview. They said they will call me at a time that I'm available unlike Billabong and that if they can and I don't answer, they will leave a voicemail for me unlike billabong. I'm so glad that it's at the same mall so now when I have lunch break and I pass by Billabong, I can give that store the biggest middle finger ever.

How are you going to work for a huge company and in retail hire people who don't know anything about customer service yet alone even greet customers that walk in. Billabong has the cutest bathing suits and cute clothing but I wish they'd hire people who uplift their company instead of bringing it down. I walked in with a few of my friends and no one greeted us or anything or offered to help find anything.

Let me start by saying that I dread shopping for clothes. I've always had a difficult time finding items that were flattering for my body type and the ladies in the store were super sweet and helpful. Jenna C the manager was especially helpful in suggesting items to try and so kindly honest about items that weren't the most flattering for my body shape. I ended up buying items that I never would have otherwise. Thank you for making a usually dreadful experience such a pleasant one.

Or of my favorite stores in Del Amo mall! They generally always have good sales and the quality of the clothing always last. On top of that, the staff is extremely friendly and will help you with sizing and opinions.
