I called and asked if they had a wooden walking stick the lady told me that she had them. So I drove over there and it was a trekking aluminum pole. I dont understand how does wood turn into aluminum

My daughter and I went to buy a backpack. Had a pleasant day shopping there. The associates are informative and professional. There is free parking and handicapped parking. The building is in a shopping center. Cross streets are Pacific Coast Highway and Crenshaw. I will come again.

I came in to buy shoes for work. Shawn in the shoes dept was very helpful and found the shoes I wanted.. I must have sent him to look for different sizes at least 4 to 5 times. He did it with out making me feel bad. I appreciate you Shawn.

I have been going to this Big 5 for years. The store is a bit packed but they really do the best with the space they do have. The cashiers and managers have always been friendly and helpful. I tend to mostly buy shoes, running, walking work shoes. They have a good selection and prices. The only unpleasant thing I've experienced (for years now), is a woman that works in the shoe department. EVERY time I go in there she's in a pissed off mood, very short "What size?" Is all she says, with an ATTITUDE. How is it I've gone there for years and this person does nothing but have an attitude and BITCH loudly about other employees not doing their jobs. I was extremely tempted to say "Maybe you should get another job because if I've been coming here randomly for YEARS and EVERY time I do you are BITCHING, maybe you should quit." I mean seriously, it makes my shopping experience SUCK. Everyone else is cool, not sure why she has a job she obviously hates.

I was so pleased with the honesty of these young folks in South Torrance.PCH location I was shopping when I arrived at home I realized my glasses were not in my purse or car.I called the store they said no luck. Hoping after closing I might get lucky .I called the following morning to hear the good news they had found them..My fendi black beauty..Ty again 10+ for customer service
