Went here for a Gopuff pickup. I rang the doorbell in the back and waited for almost 10 minutes. 3 rings later, someone answered. They led me to the front of the store and said nobody ever listens to the instructions to go to the back and up the stairs. It was easy once they opened the door for me. I just showed my ID and grabbed my bag of stuff. For Gopuff orders, just go to the front, so you're not waiting forever.

I was there yesterday on 12/21/23. Every holiday I go to BevMo! to stock up for family parties. I usually spend about $300-$400 there at a time. It was pouring outside and when I got to the door there was a male employee standing there texting on his phone and greeting people. I said, do you have any dry carts inside and he said no they're all outside. I looked over to the cart area and they were totally soaking wet because it was pouring. I told him those are all wet. I'm not shopping here today and I turned around and walked back to my car. Why can't the greeter get a towel and dry off a couple of carts at a time so there's always two carts in the store that are dry? They package everything in cardboard boxes at checkout and things like beer and seltzers are all packaged in thin cardboard. Wet cardboard is a disaster and will fall apart. What good is a greeter at the door if he's not drying off the carts when it's raining? BevMo get your act together. I'm going to try again today but it's raining again in Torrance so we will see if there's any dry carts in the store.

Half of the store is now like a 7-11 with lots of grocery items, so their alcohol selection is limited. Today, I wanted to buy an expensive bottle of whisky that was locked in a case. I had difficulty finding someone to help me. When I did find an available employee, he told me he would help me after he filled an on-line order. I waited for 10 minutes, he didn't come back, so I went elsewhere.

Terrible service, terrible selection. Turned half the store into a grocery store making the liquor selection suck. Now it's not beverages and more it's more and a little bit of beverages

5 stars for the staff!!! I was there last night and the team bent over backwards to get as close to meeting my needs as possible.Unfortunately Bevmo is heinous when it comes to being useful for working professionals who need supplies. Bevmo is more like a place where 18 year olds imagine what a bar should look like and the prices are absurdly high, so really 2 stars for the business itself (why not have good equipment, certain necessities like glass bottles and bulk speed pourers meant for a bar, maybe program for contractors like Home Depot?). Anyways with Bevmo they have great selection, but the tools are all mediocre and reminiscent of giant sunglasses from Mardi Gras. There’s no banquet quality anything… again, to emphasize, I love the staff! Everyone in there was extremely sweet and helpful (even the security guard stepped above and beyond and helped out).

Everyone is friendly and pretty knowledgeable of whatever I'm looking for or in the mood for. Shout to the Friday night manager for making things happen. Pro tip check out the deals and specials on the website. They always have a bunch of things on sale.

The only reason I am giving this store one star is because I can't give it no stars. The store manager has a "I'm better than you attitude" I was told one thing by an employee and she came in argumentative and disrespectful. For a shorter explanation she was bitch. I am so dissatisfied, disgusted and sad about what I experienced. I will be sure to update after my call from cooperate office. I refuse to give them my money or business from now on.

I am super disappointed at the way I was treated by a staff member Nancy she was very rude. Her colleague stopped helping me and started ringing up other people with out saying a word. While she had my items at the register helped others and when I returned with a locked item. Nancy did not want to help me! Why I don’t understand. I was in line before everyone else. Nancy needs some training… especially when I have been a long long time BevMo customer I bought 4 items worth $700 and I was treated like garbage…totally in acceptable!

NEGATIVE stars!picked up ordered online (last available) item, early morning, store is empty.me: do you know when you'll get more in? bald sales guy: don't know! me: when does your shipment normally come in? baldy: it comes when it comes! me: is it a discontinued item? baldy: don't know!store is not busy & baldy is not preoccupied; but has no time to care or engage with a customer. baldy couldn't even be bothered to PRETEND to care. one great reason here to NOT raise minimum wage; MORE MONEY FOR MORE APATHY, MINIMUM EFFORT = MINIMUM WAGE! bevmo, give disrespectful baldy a well deserved and PERMANENT break!(headed over to "total wine & more" and was very pleased they could accommodate my extra order WITH RESPECT for the hard earned money i WORKED for.)

Instead of using common sense and respect, the employees are required to scan the ID cards of every customer. Even if that customer is obviously 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+, or (as in my case) 70+ years old. Since BevMo can't trust their employees or customers, there is little point in trusting BevMo to keep ID card info private. I refuse to let their computers take over "customer relations" and will not visit Bev-Less.
