Knowledgeable staff, one think that could be improved, I went to buy a screen protector and wanted to just buy it there and wanted it installed and was told to go to geek squad to get it installed. The geek squad guy told me to buy the protector first at the front. After waiting 10 minutes, I buy it, then go back to geek squad and I have to buy the screen protector install anyways. Why couldn't they just do everything at once? In the past I could just buy the protector, buy it at the phone stall and they install it on the spot in under a minute. Now it takes 30 minutes and I am talking to 4 different people.

They never answer the phone. Then I'm when l go there in person the man that helps people to understand their phone's better is not there. They told me his day's off are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I didn't get mad. I should have asked her for his job.
