Can't say enough nice things about this place. Called within an hour of them closing to see if they would be able to adjust the band on my Yachtmaster, and the lady on the phone was super friendly and accommodating. Showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and met the same lady in the store who took the watch, examined it, we sized my wrist, and then she went in the back to work on it. She came out a few minutes later with the extra links in a bag, and the watch fit perfectly. She did all of this complementary, but the entire time treated me the same as a customer who was spending tens of thousands on a watch. I didn't catch her name, but was just thoroughly impressed with her, so thank you very much if you read this!! Also, the store has a very nice selection that I was able to oogle while she was working on my watch!

Me and my now husband decided to get married on paper before throwing a big ceromony later next year for friends and family. But even with a last minute courthouse elopement, you need rings! I spent a few days going ring shopping just about anywhere! But ring size 7 is not carried often at stores especially with specific designs! Let's just say that Ben Bridge Jeweler MADE IT WORk!! Outstanding service, patience and just kindness towards a very stressed bride to be ! They threw out some options and I actually ended up getting a ring for the big day! Even though it was the wrong size, they gave me the option to come back in an exchange it for the right size after the wedding! Before I left (FREDDY SERRANO) ran out in the back and came back with a little present! Not only were they kind and patient but they almost made me tear up at the store! Cannot recommend them enough! I don't remember her name but a lovely lady with long brown ponytail, absolute sweetheart!
