I cannot give any greater review of this company. Not only do they absolutely know their products they are out of the box thinkers for problem solving. They have stood beside every promise and helped me add additional equipment and maintain what I already have.

We bought our grill from Jared six years ago and our grill still looks and performs beautifully but the best part of having bought our grill from this store is that six years later we still get the same excellent service as the first day we walked through the doors. To me this is a company well worth the cost of the grill.

I called and spoke with Jarred about a fire pit connection issue I was having after not getting any help from another store that actually deals in fire pits and fire places. I took my fire pit set up to The BBQ Store. Jarred said that they probably won't have the part because they aren't used on bbq's, yet he still went over my whole set up, figured out the missing part, and helped me find it online. To provide that kind of customer service knowing that it's not going to result in an immediate sale is not something you see often. I highly recommend this place.

We have had our 316 grade full stainless steel bbq from the BBQ Store for 17 years and live two blocks back from the beach. It is worth every penny we paid for it in 2004. The quality is outstanding. It still looks great and works beautifully. We keep it covered when we are not using it and give it a thorough "tune up" each year before barbeque season begins. We expect it will last us another 17 years. Jared is fantastic. When he hasn't been able to help us with minor maintenance issues over the phone, he has come to our house and solved the problem. The quality of this product and the personnel behind it are rare finds.

Almost 4 years since I bought this beautiful 3 burner We live on the ocean, so it's been a real test to see it look brand new 4 years later--and we're too lazy to cover it. Salty fog and wave mist? No problem. I love the elegance of ACE grills.

If you're in the market for a "Made in the USA," high quality, outdoor BBQ, look no further than the American Cooking Equipment/The BBQ Store in Torrance. I purchased a 6-burner unit nearly 4 years ago, and this BBQ rocks. Before ordering the BBQ, Jared, the store's owner, explained to me in detail the materials used, how the units are locally made, and the lifetime warranty. Let me tell you, the BBQ Store stands by their product, and warranty. Since I live next to the ocean, and after a three seasons of heavy use, a couple of the tubular burners rusted and split. When I returned the burners to the store, Jared handed me brand new replacements without question, saying, "if it happens again, bring them in for replacement." This was also true for the thermometer, and electronic igniter. Customer Service and an outstanding product, all Made in the USA!

Amazing selection and superb craftsmanship. I'm a big fan that they're American built, and also have a really good warranty. They're expensive, but well worth the investment. I'm purchasing mine in 2 months, and especially like that Jarad the mgr. is also a south bay local.

Jared went extra miles to make sure we got the right bbq to satisfy our need. We had our share with low quality bbqs that always break or undertcook our food. And he was right the model he sold us was perfect. It was the best $5000 we ever spent. Go see that fella he knows what's up.

When I first moved to Torrance, stopped by this place and they have some very nice BBQ's. Really wanted a Green Egg, but couldn't afford it, nor justify getting one at the time. When I'm ready will go back for one, a Big Green Egg that is.
