Shipped the mitt off (from Maryland to California) on a Monday and got it back seven days later. I am wonderfully happy with the quality of the work and the price I paid. Sent a glove off that both my dad and mom used over 45 years ago. My mom was one of the best players in the 70s . I also used it as a kid. They had it done and returned with one week. These people are amazing and have brought a tear to my eye. Thank you very much
