For those who like bbq toys, this is definitely the place. Your not going to find any Home Depot bbq's here only upper end cooking equipment. I've purchased a few products here and have been happy with them all.

Very knowledgeable staff. Grill delivered and set up with care. They price match Amazon. Better to buy big items from brick and mortar stores to be able to see in person.

Hands down, Eric is the man! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We spoke over the phone as I was looking for a certain Weber Griddle. He did not pressure me or try and upsell me on anything, rather he listened and was responsive to what I was looking for. He went out of his way, even though the time was nearing the store closing hours and put the customer first! Eric is the epitome of customer service. I will keep shopping here because of the positive experience from Eric. Thanks so much for making it easy & being so professional!

My 8 year old BBQ ignitor system stopped working and Shig in the Hawthorne Blvd Torrance store guided me in 5 minutes to the remedy. I Replaced the 12 V battery and everything is up and running! He was extremely patient as it took me a while to get the battery compartment out. Many thanks Shig! Rob

Came in here looking for specific bbq sauces and rubs. Found what we were looking for. Plenty of selections to come from. The sales person Eric was helpful and polite. Glad it all worked out.

Poor customer service is an understatement, being said neither of the two men working approached us to even ask if we had any questions! Next, while in the store a customer came in complaining about something that very much obviously affected one of the guys working in which showed in his face he was upset/angry. When my partner asked them which grills did they own themselves, he hardly acknowledged him and when he answered he didn't even look at him to say his response! Very rude disgusting workers. Even the vibe just felt dead in that store. Don't waste your time going.

This place is just a bunch of washed up used car sales men that use to mop the floors at their Local arcade in the back of a underground Train Station. Proceed with caution.

Paul the president is a complete liar who will tell you that they have things in their inventory that they actually don't (not that they're out of that they just don't carry.) just to get you in store. Super slimy business practice. definitely the last place I would go to purchase any barbecue supplies.

I have been shopping with bbq galore for a number of years now. I always find the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We bought our big green egg from here and have been very happy with it. They renovated the store over the last couple years and it is now twice the size it was previously.
