So glad I trusted this business with my baby. Very clean, super detailed at explaining, knowledgeable, confident at what they were doing. I even have a follow up visit to make sure my babies ears are healing correctly, and if ready they will help me change out earrings. Glad with service overall.

Took my 3 month old to get her ears pierced. The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful. They gave the option to have both ears done simultaneously which I think was best. The process was very quick. Very happy with their service.

Ashton was my piercer today and he did a fantastic job!! I got my second earlobe repierced after they had been closed for a few years now and it didn't hurt at all! Super fast and easy. He also recommended some beautiful 14k gold studs for me!

I took my 6 yr old granddaughter to get her ears done. Initially I was a little put out because it is a kiosk in the mall. However we were assisted by the two people staff and they made us feel assured that they were fully capable of getting her ears done without any issues. They explained everything from the start and went over it after she was done. My granddaughter was explained everything so she was comfortable from the start. They both took part in the piercing so she handled it like a pro, not a tear in sight. This place is an excellent place for piercing and staff was friendly, experienced and professional A+
