Horrible customer service. I just spent 45 minutes waiting for a teller. 15 people in line with one teller. Then I can not close my account since there is no banker. But there are employees walking around just looking at all the customers waiting in line. Wish i could give ZERO stars.

Came here as a new customer opening a checking account, after waiting for an appointment the banker was great but his manager was extremely unprofessional. Gave her good to go on my account then took it back and said they can't open an account for me. When I asked to speak to her and explain my situation she wouldn't even see me. Poor Mathew was visibly angry and embarrassed to send me down the road to another branch. What a cowardly management, do NOT recommend this branch unless you like wasting your time.

The app is weird, not friendly at all it takes in circles to see your purchasesBank of America notifications are outdated, only emailsI forgot about this credit card. I didn't even remember they had a anual Fee. Messed up my credit score, never sent a hard copy, or texted like everyone else. I have 6 other credit cars that keep me up to the minute, which made me delicuent even though my checking account from Capital One still linked to autopay, but they said I need it to update information. The customer service said we did our part the emails were sent. If my account was delicuent, I should have a hard copy before making me delicuent 3 days ago

I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 4:30, which resulted in a chance to sit down with Kymverly. I was a little irked because they were booked for TWO WEEKS before I could get in. Kym was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing with my account maintenance request. It did take some time, so I see why people are a little annoyed with that aspect. I felt the service and professionalism was on point, I had a good experience.

I don’t leave reviews often but I noticed that this location had poor ratings. I remember reading somewhere that people are more inclined to leave reviews after having a negative experience but don’t do so when having a good one. I wanted to point out that not only did I have a wonderful experience with all the workers I interacted with but the several clients that I saw in BOA also seemed to be having good experiences and leaving happy. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I worked with Mathew today and he was great. I saw some reviews complaining about bank tellers sitting at computers ignoring customers but I would like to point out that those people are probably working on other things on the computer. They aren’t just sitting on their butts.

This Bank doesn't have a good system especially if you are a merchant. I waited in line for over 45 minutes, no help, 2 tellers (1 for merchant, 1 for customers). The guy in the merchant had an obviously long transaction, but they need to take customers in order if when they came in. The customer line ended up being much faster and I couldn't make an important deposit, walked out. I went back again today since B of A decided to only have them open on Saturday and again the wait is ridiculously long and no one cares to help you. I absolutely don't recommend this place unless you really have no other place to go to.

I've come several times and they have issues with time...wasting customers' time to be exact. I've come once to do a currency exchange and the guy wasn't even here? Why do I need a specific person to deposit the exchange?? Today I waited 50minites for this guy to do...I'll be done in a total of 1 hr at least to get this done. If u want things done quicker go to the one in Gardena

The only reason for the second star is how efficiently our lady was able to solve our problem once we were able to get a hold of her; otherwise the service is lacking at this branch.Coming in on a weekday at 10:30am with one customer in line and two at the window - with a third teller just sitting there for non-existent business clients - took at least 10 minutes of waiting in line to get to a teller. Not sure why the third teller in the business client window can't take normal clients and instead just makes everyone wait but this seems to be the norm at this branch where each employee will only do their assigned task. I would hate to try and come during rush hours...As tellers couldn't solve my problem, I had to go find one of the agents to help. First, this required signing up with a non-existent person to get on a list to be helped. If this branch is going to do this at least have someone assigned to check people in rather then having people run around trying to figure out where to check-in. Oh did I mention the three plus employees just sitting on their computers not helping anyone? Only two of them were working with in-person clients whereas the other three were busy looking busy. Again, I can only chalk this down to the employees only doing just what they are assigned and could be better resolved by having someone actually chrcking people in instead of just seeing three open offices and no help being given.Once we finally got to one of the employees, she was actually extremely helpful and very nicely helped in resolving our issue. Went beyond my expectations especially after this debacle of a waiting room.This place needs a secretary/check-in person to direct people and answer basic questions like who to meet with, how long the wait is, etc... Communication is key otherwise you just get angry customers wondering why there are seemingly free employees and no one assisting customers.

Even though it's always ridiculously busy on Saturdays with few people working, the employees are still so pleasant and helpful. I know it's always challenging providing service when you're understaffed so I appreciate their friendliness and that they do not make you feel rushed.
