Decent service, clean facility and welcoming staff. I came in to do some out of the norm banking needs and the staff were patient and helpful and even followed up to ensure I felt I was taken care of. I prefer this location over others in Torrance though parking can be somewhat frustratingly unavailable if you come during lunch hours or weekend.

All employees that I met there are nice, and every procedure was done smoothly. I highly recommend making an appointment on a website before you go.

I went into the BofA branch today to find out there wouldn't be a teller available for half an hour. And by that, I mean no teller! This is a newly remodeled branch and from the looks of it, it must've cost a lot of $. BofA should've spent the money on more tellers instead. Smh.

Every institution and shall human being that is born be kind to other people excluding your role to serve people. Lady tellers here are absolutely rude and no respect. They didn't get to be educated to servicing people verbally and physically. Avoid this place as much as you can.

Bank of America has the worse outdated ATMs. It always sucks my card. You'd figure with all the insane fees they charge you for banking with them they would at least have ATMS that work.

Due to the staffing issue, there is no teller available inside the branch. I was doing an errand so no atm card with me and told to wait, for how long, who knows! I left to another bofa.

Shame on BofA for putting my funds on hold for almost 2 weeks. Have maintained a business account for over 10 years with them. Now when I deposit a commission business check on Friday, September 3, 2021, they email me the following day to say the check will be on hold up till September 15. #Poorcustomerservice

They have less employees than the Fashion Center location so sometimes it takes longer but usually to get cash or deposit it is quicker than the mall. There are a lot less people that go here than the mall that's why I love this spot. There are 4 ATM outside. It's easy to find. There is a whole parking lot behind it. ♿ accessible.

I just leave the bank with my unresolved case. Miss Isabel treated me in such a rude way that I couldn't stay there anymore. Not coming back to this location.

We have been banking with this bank for the past 25 years but as the years pass by the customer service gets worser! Today i went in to close an existing account. Isabel Pulido had helped me out. I felt very rushed with the way she was helping me out. So apparently i had a negative amount on my checking account and in order to close the account i had to pay it, but in my savings i still had a lil over 1 thousand. She had told me if i can just come back later and pay the remaining amount. Which I couldn't bc i have other errands like duh i dont want to come back to the bank this is why i made an appointment. I had mentioned to her earlier if we can just transfer from my savings FROM THE SAME ACCOUNT to my checking and pay off the remaining amount which i don't think she considerate my idea and i honestly don't understand if there would be an issue since i do that with my other banks. Then she had me setting up a zelle which was a mess of how rushed i felt. I just felt really overwhelmed of how rushed i felt i understand that she has a time limit to help a client but she dismissed me with a whole lot of questions and confused. Anyway once i closed my account she did not even tell me if i wanted cash, cashiers check for the remaining amount i had in my savings until i had to get out of my way look for her and tell her. She then sent me with a teller and he was just really serious did not even greet me. This experience has been by far the worst! I will never bank with bank of America ever again.
