Idk if it was the rain today but nobody wanted to be helpful at this location today lol. From not allowing me to use the restroom to a general questions about where to find a correct tool.

the dashboard was indicating a light went out I decided to stop by this Autozone store to see what was wrong with my exterior lights. I was greeted by Angel Barraza real cool, friendly attitude who helped me check out what light was out. I had no tools and I couldn't install it but he took charge and said I'll help you out. In seconds he removed what was necessary to access the bulb replaced it and put everything back together flawlessly. Parts are good at Autozone but Mr. Angels customer service was above and beyond. He saved me time and money and the possiblity of being pulled over for a tail light being out. If you're in the store be sure to look out for him he'll take care of you he knows what's up.

Best customer experience I’ve ever seen out of any store. Came in just to grab some parts and my battery died and got disconnected. Two employees Danny and Ricardo both came out to my rescue and spent over an hour helping me. Super friendly and funny

Excellent Customer Service!Definitely above & beyond awesome service--I wanted to give a special thanks to Mr. Ernie who helped me Thursday night after working a 12 hr day shift.I needed to replace my dead headlight bulb & I had purchased 2 low beam headlights from them. I was parked in front of the store attempting to replace the bulb when an employee, Ernie offered to help me.Ernie was so kind, patient, skillful and a huge help. I now know how to replace them myself without using tools and also found a great place to buy my auto stuff.Thanks so much Ernie and God bless you!

I went to get a battery checked and replaced and the individual that helped me didn’t even know how to check the battery. And then when they did, I wanted to request a new battery and they said they didn’t have anyone to install it that was working because they were short and they were 4 to 5 employees within the store. Horrible experience and it’s not on the staff. It’s on the management of this facility.

A few years ago Pep Boys was my go to place for auto parts. Now that they've closed, I had to find a new place. I'm trying to make Autozone next to Harbor Freight my new place but the jury is still out. This place is small but packed with everything. It doesn't seem to be too busy usually. What I do notice is, it's hard to be noticed! I have yet to be recognized in that store. They don't even look. Yesterday I went there to look for Duplicolor paint. No one saw me, I was invisible! Most places could have a higher return of their customers if they only taught their staff to be warm and friendly. Subconsciously the customer says that's a nice store, I'd like to go back. What a novel idea! ?

This place is incredible. Customer service is beyond any I have experienced at any other auto parts store. Tere goes way above and beyond in her support and recommendations. I highly recommend shopping at this store because of the customer support I have experienced. BTW - I am not a mechanic and need more support than the average "guy" and this location and especially Tere go above and beyond... (:-)

I came into this store because my alternator went out to my luck in front of an auto parts store. I went inside to ask for assistance testing my alternator. A hispanic woman, who I was told is the sales reps bosses boss. She assisted me with a test, but my battery was too low to read. I began to ask questions about the alternator as this was my first time having to replace one on a car. She told me to drive it to my mechanic. I opposed given that my car couldn't move so I needed to replace it at that moment. We then went inside to price a replacement. There were two options, and I inquired about the difference between them. She simply stated the price difference and output difference. I asked how that affected my vehicle, and she had no answers. I purchased my needed items and asked if someone could come out to talk to me about safety measures. She scoffed at me and said they don't replace alternators. Well, I didn't ask for them to replace it as it just to talk me through. She wouldn't even allow anyone to come out and speak to me even though they went out to help look at the engine of a white man who was also replacing his alternator. Your management here was rude and biased, and that's unfortunate. I spent over $1100 that day for the customer service to be what it was. The sales associates were nice and helpful, but the women managers were not. I would not recommend this location for black women. Due to her not explaining the differences, I had to purchase bot and return one. They need to do better.
