Just had my first experience here and I was quite impressed with the customer service. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I want to thank Cesar and Noe specifically for ensuring all my needs were met. I highly recommend the Parts Department at AutoNation Acura South Bay, they are true professionals!

Went to the parts department and I was very pleased with the level of service that I had recieved! Cesar, the parts manager, was very knowledgeable and helped me find a lot of things I needed for my older Integra, even recommending high quality aftermarket components at a reasonable price. Although most of the parts were unfortunately discontinued for my vehicle, my experience there was next to none! I would highly recommend visiting and asking for Cesar if you need any parts for your Acura!

I wanted to take the time to thank the parts department directly. I had left a review on the general website. Noe and Cesar both are great people that know their parts and customer service. They both were great with explaining to me what I needed and it was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back to this Acura for all my parts and service needs.

500/5 stars. I did 7 months of research, before I pulled the trigger. I negotiated online with several dealers before I realized that this dealership not only had the best service out there, but the best deal. No other dealership wanted to compete with them nor did they provide as good of a service. Some of them outright acted like they were dragging their feet to sell me a car. I drove an hour out here from OC and I honestly thought I was going to just sit down and do some paperwork and leave. That is essentially what I did lol but the entire time the energy in there was great. They were cracking jokes from across the room and their team had great chemistry. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and if I was unsure, they were very well informed to answer any questions and to be as transparent as possible. It's my first car and I went in not knowing a lot of things but they were very transparent. Dealerships can be intimidating to a first buyer but I didn't experience that here. Thank you to Kellie (sales consultant) for helping me online, her communication was one of the leading factors that led me to coming into the shop. She is very approachable and amiable. John (sales) was such a chill guy, and he gave me lots of pointers to help me with my car. Eric (financing) was really cool and we talked about a lot of things unrelated to the car. It was great just chatting in his office and he was very patient in breaking things down. And then David brought me the car and took time to show me the ins and outs of the car - it was even better because he currently has the same car too so he already was experienced. I wasn't certain if tip was a thing for car deliveries but just in case I offered it to David but he politely declined stating it wasn't something he would accept. I even offered to give him cash but he declined once again - so I have to say he definitely has principles. All in all, I can say they work really hard. I don't know if I'm more happy with the new car or about the experience of getting said car honestly... It makes me feel good driving my new car knowing that the way in which I obtained was the best possible experience I can get. I asked to take a photo with their staff because I honestly left with a core memory, and I don't want to forget them and the amazing experience they gave me. If I ever buy an Acura again, I'm driving however far to get here to buy from you guys and I'm recommending all my buddies/clients to ya guys. Thanks and happy new years Acura of South Bay!

End of the month... End of the year! And we're shopping for an every day driver with a few extra features such as a moon roof and leather seats. Knowing the car market right now isn't leaning in favor of the consumer, we took to the streets to take on the challenge. Very important is we did the homework as always. We selected a few makes/models we were interested in. You can never go wrong with an Acura or Honda in my book. Collected and compared their features. Searched for current availability using several different automobile sites. Compared them against fair market value. After a solid 3 week journey of negotiations on the phone and in person with various dealerships , we ended our trip at Acura South Bay. A perfectly suited Acura at the right price. We met Chazz, who was by far the best in providing exceptional customer service and creativity in working through the deal. His efforts led us to the most appealing agreement in comparison to the many dealerships we had previously encountered. Next we sat with Collin who equally provided an exceptional buying experience and assistance to button up our finance options along with some tips on maintaining a healthy money tree. We were back on the road with a new set of wheels in no time!

There's the expected customer service but his attitude was sincere and I appreciate him ! I was nervous thinking I was going to be hit w a heavy bill and no Christmas gifts this year but like I said he ensured my car was covered and fixed up ! Nathan rocks ! I

5 stars for maintenance 3 stars for call center Recent visit by my 2 favorite maintenance managers and their technical team proved to be worth the visit and solved efficiently. I was impressed with the "what", "why", "how to prevent" in the future. Call center is usually spot on with appointment accuracy but we actually had a miss for the first time in 8 years and I had my appointment registered at a different Acura Center from out of town. 1 out of 20 appointments perhaps with a 5% error rate - not bad. Name and Tel # should always register on the internal Acura CRM with the correct dealership location. Maybe an IT issue and not operator error. Would consider buying again from Acura. I had the best experience at this dealership. Ellen Leung, General Manager, runs it like a fine cruise ship, first class all the way! Caring, knowledgable, exactingly punctual, Ellen has the knack of making the client feel special. Ellen should give a master class for the entire AutoNation network, teaching the art of fine, low pressure, class salespersonship! Separately, Preston Ozeta, came to my home to collect my car. Again, on time, courteous, and professional. I have not the slightest hesitation in recommending Acura of South Bay, especially Ellen Leung, for your Acura car buying needs.

I've never had to consult a lawer in my life and now becuase of this dealership I've had to speak personally with a lawer. What an absolute awful place.
