If I ever need a body shop in the future I'd definitely come to Tony's. Tony was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest that he'd spent almost an hour talking me OUT OF fixing my car, a potentially $15K+ job! I have a pretty good idea about auto body and mechanical repairs and visited multiple shops for estimates and opinions before coming to Tony's. Upon seeing my car, Tony pointed out quite a few things that indicated more extensive damage that no other shop had noticed. It wouldn't make financial sense to repair the car due to the extent of damage and I'd be better off accepting a total loss payout from insurance.
While there are plenty of people who would fake a smile just to get your business, I didn't expect such genuine, honest businessmen like Tony, especially in the auto repair business. It's easy to see how he's running two successful shop around town with a third one opening soon.
I rarely write reviews but just felt so compelled to after meeting with Tony today. See Tony for your auto body repair needs and he will not steer you wrong!

Love this place and the people that works there. Don't underestimate what looks like a small shack on the side of the road. No BS and friendly. They try to find the root cause of the issue and gives you an estimate right away without up selling any additional service. I had 2 repairs done there. Hope I never visit again, but it's the only place I would go to.

Thanks to John and his techs for a absolutely amazing job..had some low life do some scratch damage to my 2021 Toyota tacoma on the tailgate..I had been to 3 other body shops asking for a estimate and all were between $1100 and $ 1300 to fix and would take over a week to complete..I stopped by the location on western ave in Torrance and met with John..he saw the damage..suggested that they try sanding and buffing it out..He never hesitated..got his shop guy and started working on it right away..about 40 minutes later they were able to remove the damage..asked for a price..John said no it was my idea to try this way..no charge..I can tell you I was completely surprised and satisfied with the work..I will recommend this body shop to all my friends and will take any future repair work to him..Tim

I had a very open and honest conversation with Anthony at Autobahn when I was looking for some guidance. I didn't end up getting any services, but if/when I need to in the future, they will be my first call because of this experience.

Bad service the lady who is there apart from responding lousy the gestures leave a lot to be desired I spoke from 10 because it requires it and when I arrived they still made me wait 2 hours more unfortunate the truth

An honest and competent body shop. I took in my car, which I thought would need significant (and expensive) work, caused when I gently scraped my garage door. Michel came out to look at my car. He said he thought he could get most of the paint off within a few minutes. He went back to the shop and came out with a rag and some chemical. He used some effort, and it worked well enough so that the damage was almost completely erased. He then gave me an estimate to bring the car to new condition. It looks good enough now that if you don't look closely, you can't see any damage. I'm going to go back, but not this month.

My '97 Z3 car was totaled in a low speed front end collision that ruined the intake fan and front grill. A new hood had to be ordered. I give 2 stars (and not 1) because I had difficulty finding anyone who would work on an old-model, totaled vehicle. So they get an extra star since they were able to find a matching hood for an old model vehicle, which probably was hard to do. And from a distance, their work looks good. And my car drives fine - the fan and grill operate. However, I had great difficulty getting updates on my car. I stopped by in person several times to get physically in front of the staff and get answers while I sat in the waiting room. They never once called me. I always had to stop by in person. When I did call and speak to a person, I always was told they were waiting for parts and had no idea when they'd find them. They had my car for 3 months and I paid $4,900. When I finally received my car I noticed the white trunk was extra polished. I thought it strange they bothered with the trunk since it wasn't involved in the accident. But maybe they were making it look nice? But after I paid and drove my car home, I realized Autobahn had oversprayed a colored paint on my white car. The "complimentary" buff they gave me was their attempt to buff out the microscopic paint spots that were all over my car's trunk. At that point I didn't want to return to Autobahn because I didn't trust them. They could offer to re-paint the trunk and fix the mess they made - and in the process maybe ruin something else - plus they'd probably take another 3 months before they returned my car - and definitely it would be a huge hassle since they don't update you on your vehicle's status. From a distance you don't see the paint spray on the white trunk, and at least my car drives now, so I decided to leave the cosmetic issue alone. Just don't look too carefully at the paint job on my trunk. Finally, I was displeased with the headlights they installed. I approved the installation of aftermarket headlights, but Autobahn installed bulbs that were dim. The headlights also weren't focused. If Autobahn had asked for more money I would have paid for brighter bulbs - but when I called several months later with my concern, they said there wasn't anything they could do. My car passed inspection and I got my new salvaged plate from the DMV. Months later, still not satisfied with the headlights, I asked Hillside Auto Repair to fix and they wouldn't touch the lights because they weren't the ones who installed them. I then went to Pep Boys, bought some high-lumen LED bulbs, and managed to install them myself, watching YouTube videos, and it was a little better - but the headlights weren't great. I lived with the bad headlights for 3 years and mostly avoided driving in the dark because it didn't feel safe. Finally I found Arnold at Perfection Auto who replaced/installed a headlight kit for $390. Now the headlights are bright and focused. I have no idea why Autobahn didn't put in good headlights in the first place. It obviously wasn't that hard - Perfection Auto did it in 30 minutes while I waited. In summary, I can't recommend Autobahn unless you're desperate and can't find anyone else.

Big thanks to both Michael and Tony working with me on the quote. Their quote is reasonable and competitive comparing to other body shop. They repainted my Subaru Forester front bumper. They finished on time as promised, and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job!

Amazing customer service, on time, clean, friendly and excellent work! Tony is the best and always greets you with a smile. He has tremendous respect for his customers and very detailed. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
