“Customer service and the quality of work were excellent. My car looked great. I was beyond pleased with their work. Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of auto body repair.”

“If I ever need a body shop in the future I'd definitely come to Tony's. Tony was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest that he'd spent almost an hour talking me OUT OF fixing my car, a potentially $15K+ job! I have a pretty good idea about auto body and mechanical repairs and visited multiple shops for estimates and opinions before coming to Tony's. Upon seeing my car, Tony pointed out quite a few things that indicated more extensive damage that no other shop had noticed. It wouldn't make financial sense to repair the car due to the extent of damage and I'd be better off accepting a total loss payout from insurance.
While there are plenty of people who would fake a smile just to get your business, I didn't expect such genuine, honest businessmen like Tony, especially in the auto repair business. It's easy to see how he's running two successful shop around town with a third one opening soon.

“I bought a 1994 project Jeep last year and have put a lot of work into it, but I was never happy with how it looked. I decided to bring it to Maaco to see what they could do. Since this is just a project vehicle, I did not want to spend a lot.
I worked with Kevin to get an estimate, and he was awesome. He clearly laid out all my pricing options and helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. I was able to change the color and add a two-tone finish for a price that I felt good about paying for this Jeep.
The Jeep looks amazing. The paint job exceeded my expectations, and they even finished the job much faster than I anticipated, which was a great surprise.
When I picked it up on Saturday, Kevin stayed past closing time to make sure I could finalize the payment and drive my Jeep home that day. He was incredibly friendly, remembered my name, and made the whole process easy.
I will definitely be bringing another car back and will be asking for Kevin again.”

It’s really hard to find an auto body shop that you feel is honest and reliable, but Doug and his team are just that. His whole team are amazing, straightforward, and super friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was given different options for what I wanted to do for my repair. There was no pushiness or “salesman tactics” whatsoever. Doug even went above and beyond to help me and truly made my experience stress-free and seamless. The repair was done super fast and he was extremely communicative and easy to get ahold of. “I have been getting my cars serviced here for about 8 years and it gets better every time. I also purchased my car through them as well. Most recently I called their offices to schedule an oil change and check-up; it was really quick and easy, they already had my car details in their computer through my phone number. They emailed me coupons before my visit, to use at my visit and they helped me pick which coupon worked best for me and my appointment. The appointment took a couple hours, which Robert (helped me) had told me it would, so I brought my computer and a book and hung out in the waiting area. My car came back cleaner than when I take it to the car wash. Everyone was nice and efficient and did a great job”

They were able to color match and order parts for me while I still have my car and the installation only took one day. When I called to schedule my 10,000 she reserved a car for me just in case, which was very convenient since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had lots to do. Brian was my service advisor who explained everything to me before starting the service. Everything went smoothly, no long wait for my rental and pick up was great as well. Overall an excellent experience.”
