“Amazing detail work done by Marcos team. I had a rear bumper dent-in from my Tacoma and needed it to be replaced. This is my work truck so I can't drop it off for more than one day. They were able to color match and order parts for me while I still have my car and the installation only took one day. And because the installation hours were less than the initial quotation, he lowered the price for me. Detailed and honest work is so rare these days. I definitely recommend that anyone come here for their auto repairs.”

Initially, this was going to be an out of pocket service, so I received multiple quotes to repair my car. Perfection Auto Collision was the cheapest by far. Other places were going to charge double. In the end, I went through the insurance company, which was terrible, but throughout the process, Arnold would keep me updated on the status of my car and where in the process the insurance company was at. Arnold and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even took the time to assist with information that could not be completed at their shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of auto body repair.”

“If I ever need a body shop in the future I'd definitely come to Tony's. Tony was so friendly, knowledgeable and honest that he'd spent almost an hour talking me OUT OF fixing my car, a potentially $15K+ job! I have a pretty good idea about auto body and mechanical repairs and visited multiple shops for estimates and opinions before coming to Tony's. Upon seeing my car, Tony pointed out quite a few things that indicated more extensive damage that no other shop had noticed. It wouldn't make financial sense to repair the car due to the extent of damage and I'd be better off accepting a total loss payout from insurance.
While there are plenty of people who would fake a smile just to get your business, I didn't expect such genuine, honest businessmen like Tony, especially in the auto repair business. It's easy to see how he's running two successful shop around town with a third one opening soon.

“I have had two recent occasions to bring my car to Caliber for repair. In each case, the work was done to my complete satisfaction, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and very professional. As I recall, two of your employees deserve special mention – Jackie and Lilly. They each fully explained the work required, answered all my questions, and gave me a completion date that was met. The first occasion involved body work due to a rear-end impact. Jackie was great to work with and even found a source for a decorative part (“C-Max” nameplate) that was no longer available from Ford. More recently, a door realignment was needed after a low-speed impact - Lilly got the job done for me the same day for only a modest charge. Great customer service in both instances! Caliber is my go-to place for any future auto body work.

“So I had never heard of this place before until I was referred here by performance plus in Torrance. I had recently purchased a cover for my 2023 Tacoma trail edition and only purchased it because I was under the impression that my truck wouldn't work with a hard cover. When I arrived I had the mindset that the cover I bought online was the cover I was going to install. Then, I met Paul the owner of the shop. He did say they could install it but opted to ask if he could show me a product he had at his shop which was better for a bit more money. Before opening my product he convinced me that for a few more hundred dollars I could get a better quality cover and not have to replace the one I had later down the road in a few years. I did understand this is business and he is trying to sell his product but I totally understood what he was trying to tell me. Quality over quantity and in this case it would be an investment. After a good sales pitch I went ahead and got the hard cover I wanted. His guys hooked me up in less then 30 minutes they had it on. Their was some little things that were tweaked towards the end but overall the install was great. If you have a Tacoma and need a quality tonneau cover I would say don't rely on websites. Rough country and all those sites can only guess based off the criteria you provide but these guys seem to know what they are doing and have an eye for knowing what model fits best for your truck. We opted to add PPF (Paint Protection Film), and when the job was finished, they even delivered the car directly to my daughter at her workplace.

“Samuel has gone above and beyond the norm and helping my very difficult situation with my car he's made this experience very pleasant and comforting for me during such a difficult time but he's also done extra things to get the job done beyond my comprehension I really highly recommend the staff as well has been so helpful but Samuel definitely does need a promotion sorry on speaker texting as my hands have been injured and he's also been accommodating in that situation too but I thank all of the Maaco workers and Samuel for just giving me the red carpet treatment and Samuel did go above and beyond so I highly recommend Samuel and all our wonderful workers and hopefully we'll see Samuel promoted.
