Shredder switch will not turn the shredder off after paper goes through it. The only way I can get it to shut off is by unplugging it. Shredder is about one year old.

Awesome Shredder!!! Keep on grinding. Watch what you shred, there is no going back. It’s gone! It does it job well.

I've never had and service from this place but my Shredder was heavily used and I was told you can put oil on a few pages of paper to keep the blades free of jamming at least once or twice a month... but that was too late and had to throw away my heavy duty Shredder. So, I took a chance and ordered another less expensive one and IT stopped , even when I oiled the Blades. I will try another Brand because this is not turning out well... and to make matters worse...I've only had it a year, used it a few months knowing the possible outcome and it's still disappointing.. After my experience and reading other reviews, I definitely think this IS NOT worth the money!

shredder quit 6 months after purchase with very limited use. Customer service could use a little back home kindness . Waiting to see if they ship me a new one as promised.

Got a shredder as a gift, and without a receipt, and it broke 2 weeks later. Tried to call customer service and had one of the WORST EXPERIENCES and it was by the Supervisor, Danny. Dont buy their products as they break a couple weeks later and DEFINITELY don't waste your time with calling them about it. They will call you liar and will not help!! UNAMERICAN!!

These shredders are pure JUNK ! Don't buy one or you will be disappointed ! Limited home use and it's shot. It maybe should be a toy in s Barbie and Ken playhouse . PURE CHINA JUNK !!

Barely a year old my little shredder suddenly quit working. Not wanting to get my hopes high, I tried their tech support anyway. To my surprise they answered on the first ring, walked me through it and YAY! The shredder is working again! Very grateful!
