Really excellent service from Raul even though he wasn't going to make much money off me buying a few pieces of leather! I was trying to match my chair and he was very helpful. I heard him on the phone with a very demanding, and difficult customer and he handled that call with such professionalism! Raul is a very patient and helpful sales person! And not at all pushy!

Excellent service and product. After buying our leather sectional and wooden dining table, which turned out to be of the absolute best quality, we also decided to add two chairs and a table. After shopping around with various sellers we ended up finding our perfect chairs at Arizona Leather. And the were on sale. Raul is more than helpful and his stated delivery times turn out to be real, as I could experience myself. My family and I are very happy customers and will be back every time we are looking for furniture. Five stars!

I was in need of a new living room set up, when I came across this store and thought it be a good fit. The management were rude and uncomfortable to talk too. Their selections seemed like pleather, and way over priced. I went to the furniture store down the street way for affordable than Arizona Pleather.

I came to this place I purchased a double recliner with extended warranty and it's been 3 months since I called service and nothing no call back I called the store and some guy name Javi or something like that keeps telling me I'll look into it and call you back F**c Arizona leather Full of excuses Worsts experience ever

Raul was real nice in helping us find the furniture we wanted and he assured me they were of the highest quality. Well when the men came to arrange the sofas, the chair was not arranged correctly and there was an awkward gap(hole) that was very noticeable so I called Raul and I had t wait weeks later, a guy came and just kept pushing & hammering it that eventually he "fixed it". Then 2x months later the motor for the recliner for the SAME CHAIR stopped working.I've never had issues with my reclining sofas especially not a few months after buying it. I'm afraid I've lost trust in the quality of this brand, the leather is great but as far as recliners and the men "fixing or arranging" the sofas not so sure. These sofas are not cheap & they were supposed to be a gift for a family, but now I'm truly embarrassed especially by the turn-around in response time. They have been waiting for an update from me for weeks now, that's ridiculous from a customer service stand-point. The right thing to do is return my calls and send me a new chair. I hope this gets resolved asap!

I had the easiest and best couch buying experience here, thanks to Raul and Javy! They were incredibly friendly, kind and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the best leather for my lifestyle. I am in love with my leather sofa so much that after 6 months of owning it, I just went back to get the Arizona leather cleaner and conditioner to keep it nice.

This is a store for high quality well built leather furniture. Most of their pieces are available in many colors and types of leather. Their chairs and couches are very comfortable with deep cushion seating. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is not cheap stuff... prices are moderate for this level of quality.

Looking for a beautiful sofa with great customer service? Go see Raul at the Arizona Leather, Torrance store. He helped us pick out the perfect sofa, both style and leather to fit our living room. We were so happy with our purchase, we went back for a second sofa for the sitting room.
