5 stars for Steven and Vito who helped us in purchasing some great dining chairs yesterday. They were very helpful, knowledgeable in their products and extremely patient as they kept my 89 yo mother entertained as we figured out the details of the transaction.

I have had a wonderful experience at Arhaus in Del Amo! Esme and Tanya are a great team, and they have worked so well together to help me decorate my house! They are both really creative, flexible, and knowledgeable. I lean on their expertise!

Arhaus in the Del Amo (CA) Fashion Center is absolutely outstanding. I ended up buying more than I expected from them for my new house specifically because my design consultant, Vito, was so helpful, professional, patient, and has an awesome eye for design. He was the perfect teammate through the entire experience. And everything I purchased has blown me away in terms of quality and beauty.

I can’t thank my friend Tanya enough for all of her design help in our home. Arhaus is so fortunate to have her working with them on a permanent basis. All it took was a phone call, a few pictures and she lined me up!

Hello! Went on the 29th of June to Arhaus looking for a bedroom set. When I step in the furniture shop I was greeted by a wonderful woman. I can’t remember her name, but then she walked me through the store took me upstairs. We looked around and then she introduced me to Vito Addabbo . Vito was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Sincerely Michael Ross.

There’s no service after they sell you the merchandise.We bought about $20K worth of furniture in February, 2024.Within days of realizing the sofas were too big for our living room, we decide to canceled the order and asked for credit.They been giving us nothing, but run around, we talked to the Managers, Rod and Jerry thinking they would resolve the issue and give us a credit.As of this review, and 30 days later, we are still waiting to get back our money.It’s been a nightmare!I would not recommend buying anything from this place.

My client placed an order with Tracy valued at over $60,000 in February 2023. In November, the wood on one of the dining chairs split and the chair fell apart. My client called the store and asked for Tracy to get assistance to rectify the situation. Not only did Tracy not call her back, but she actually answered the phone one of the times my client called and asked who was calling and then said that "Tracy wasn't available". The only way we were able to get a hold of Tracy (after calling twice in one day) was for me to call, with my client on the line, and say I was a new referral. Miraculously, Tracy came to the phone. This was a decent size sale for her, yet she couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone or call my client back to advise her on how to proceed to fix the chair. I will NEVER use Tracy again or recommend her to buy anything from Arhaus. BUYER BEWARE OF TRACY at the Del Amo Arhaus store. Also, another woman who answered the phone earlier in the day was outright rude and condescending beyond belief. Avoid this store!

Went to the new location at Westfield Topanga Mall in Canoga Park, Ca. and was very disappointed. The employees in the store ignored us and stood around talking to each other and playing with their phones. No one ever during our twenty minute visit approached us to offer assistance. This store will not last as it is in a bad location with only outside entrance from the parking lot.

I bought some counter chairs from Arhaus. I am really happy with the design and the quality of stools - the customer service experience leaves much to be desired though. It appears the sales professionals have a lot of restrictions - i.e. ordering 3 counter chairs triggers a $300 delivery fee, which requires store manager approval to overwrite and permit store delivery / pick-up.Don't expect anyone to help you when you pick-up goods from the store, oh and store delivery also triggers automatically a final sale. If the items you buy get reduced in price and you don't notice before you pick up the goods, they won't give you a price adjustment - I tried, called Arhaus concierge, sales professional and store manager.Bottom line, friction throughout the sales process. As much as I like the Arhaus inventory, I will be looking elsewhere for my next furniture purchases.

I walked into your establishment today eager to finally be at your store front. I've been looking at a few items online. But anyway, as I entered your store I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Which is very disappointing since a couple shortly after was warmly greeted and asked if they needed help. I really wanted the Modena dinning table and the Rodin dinning chairs. I guess I will have to take my money elsewhere. P.SPlease train your team to have better customer service.
