Great store for yourself and for gifts! Are the clothes pricey? Yes, BUT, I have items in my closet that I purchased two decades ago. The quality and timeless designs far outweigh the economics. Also, don't skip the sale section!

I was so excited when I bought online without trying on a beautiful dress. When I received it, it was sooo small and I was so disappointed! The tag said made in china, which there sizing is so much smaller!! I think next time I'll have to actually go to the shop. I just wish there was universal sizing.

Walked in store at 6:38 pm on Thursday evening1/19/23 and was greeted but then followed around by 2 separate associates. Not cool when the white associates were very obvious. Neither one of the ladies asked if I needed assistance. It felt like I was being profiled. Again, so not cool. Used to be one of my favorite stores. Very disappointed. Anthropology needs to be more diverse with their hiring practices!!

This is absolutely my favorite place to shop for my wife. I scored hubby points when I come here and she almost always likes my picks. There's an ample variety of styles and prices to consider for clothes, plus many other items to shop for, including nice dishes, perfumes, and dish towels. I've gotten jackets, blouses, sweaters, and more. At times I've had to exchanges sizes, but usually it's been easy to find a replacement. The staff is always helpful and attentive.

I shop at Anthropologie regularly, and typically love all aspects of my experiences, but the service is OFF compared to other locations. I went in today and purchased (3) items. The store clerk was a bit rude, but I didn’t let it bother me initially. Once home and settled in, I checked the receipt that was sent to my email (this is automatically sent because it’s attached to my Anthro account), and I noticed that clerk rang up one of the items twice, so I was overcharged. I called the store, and I was told I could come back to handle the refund. I didn’t mind the idea of having to make another trip, but I asked if it was necessary for me to come in (assuming that it would all be attached to my account and visible to them). The sales associate actually laughed at me, and said yes I would need to come in. The laugh threw me off, and I knew my experience their earlier was the same. They need basic sales and customer service training badly. This has been really disappointing.

This is my favorite store. I love the Maeve and Pilcro line and they carry alot of this line along with plenty of sizes not just one of each size. The sales associates most of the time are very nice and helpful. However, I purchased a $130 sweater and it came in the mail shoveled in a clear bag. When I received it in this manner it made me not even want to open it so back to the store I went. The guy that was helping me was so unfriendly. I mentioned to him that a sweater with that price tag should be just shoved in a bag and sent off. I know he's not the one that packed it but he represents the brand and he could have cared less. He just said "ok" instead of apologizing and telling me he'll talk to the corporate office or SOMETHING other than OK.
