All good things to say about my first order experience with Andes Florist! First, I placed an order online and realized the delivery address was incorrect. I called them not realizing it was outside of their business hours to correct my mistake and Claudia called me back right away. She immediately corrected the delivery address, and the flowers were delivered that same morning. So so beautiful, I am very pleased with the service as well as the arrangement. I ordered the long stem roses in a glass vase, standard, and it was very similar to the advertised photo; it was made full. The newly wed couple who received it thought it was so beautiful. Thank you, Claudia/Andres Florist! Will definitely return and recommend.

Excellent srevice! I bet you both are as pretty and caring as the ICU nurses on night shift. I order this for delivery to the hospital nurses. My Ohana sends you both our mahalo...especially the one with the sultry voice!

Since I received a flower arrangement from Andes Florist a few year back; I dropped all the former Florists and switched to Andes Florist . .their arrangements are so elegant, the bloom variety so exquisite, the flowers always so fresh, and let me not forget to mention their prices . .so affordable . .Andes is my-to-go flower shop for all occasions!

Received this BEAUTIFUL arrangement for Valentines Day! Great assortment of flowers and so well put together. The flowers lasted a long time. Also love the vase it came in. Will definitely be calling Andes for all my flower needs.

“My precious son, Johnathan turned 40, I live in Florida and chose this florist again and I’m never disappointed with the quality of flowers and balloons and even the delivery. Communicating is so easy and sweet experience. I asked for photos and they were provided. Everything was as pictured on their website “so fresh & beautiful!” I’ll never use anyone else for flowers or balloon bouquets.”

I've used Andes Florist for the last several years. They consistently deliver a lovely arrangement, on time, with delivery details respected and followed. I'll continue to use Andes as my "go to" Florist in the Torrance area. They are the best!

Paying for a service and product in full up front at the time of order usually guarantees the flowers will be ready at the agreed day and time. I selected and paid for a beautiful Christmas arrangement (the Trendy Christmas) for my parents in advance ahead of the holiday rush on Dec 2 as I understand how stressful short notices are on businesses. I opted for pick-up on Dec 22 as I was in the area at the time visiting family and friends. To my utter shock and dismay, I arrived at Andes Florist to discover the arrangement I ordered three weeks in advance was not there. The florists were scrambling and offering other already made arrangements, though they were not what I had ordered. It became clear to me that they were ill-prepared, and I did not want any rushed, second-rate product lacking in quality and organization. The experience left much to be desired, and I feel my order was handled unprofessionally. Either the flowers were never made or my beautiful arrangement was stolen. What matters to me is the disappointment when I had to tell my mother that she will not get flowers for Christmas this year.On another note, I perused their website at the time I was picking up my flowers. The Trendy Christmas arrangement was briefly removed and later reinstated with a higher price tag. I originally paid 125 plus tax and now the same arrangement lists for 144. Not only did they fail to deliver the flowers as promised, they increased the price on this particular arrangement. I will take my business to other Torrance florists, as this whole experience has been appalling.

I found out about Andes when my daughter sent me an arrangement for my birthday; when I received the flowers, I absolutely loved them! The flowers where fresh, beautifully arranged, so I googled the flower shop and let me tell you that the arrangements are exactly as shown in the pictures, unlike other places I had ordered flowers from where the flowers were overpriced and the arrangements looked nothing like the pictures on the websites. With Andes, what you see is what you get and more! I haven't sent a flower arrangement where the recipients haven't just loved!

I recently ordered flowers from Andes to send to a friend. They were referred to me as well from someone that I know that values quality. I was very happy with my experience. The person who helped me nice and helpful. The follow-up is great. They send you an email upon delivery with detailed information. The only thing I wished I had done was ask them to send me a picture of the final product. I will definitely refer to friends.

Johanna was so great to work with!! My floral arrangements were stunning! My bouquet was everything I dreamed of! I loved that she was there on the actual day to oversee everything and she even repurposed some of our arrangements from the ceremony area and moved them over to the reception area. Johanna was always available for me to call and ask for advice on more than just the flowers as I planned my own extremely detailed wedding day. The work done was gorgeous, this is a wonderful mother daughter company! I highly recommend them!
