On 7/09-23 cashier could not speak. English said I had to speak Spanish barely spoke. English said that she could not accept partial payment in cash and partial payment and debit to buy cigarettes. It was 5 o’clock in the morning and I don’t know I’ve been coming to the store for 30 years never had the problem paying partial cash partial debit card and I don’t know how to do it and she still refuse to take partial payment in cash partial payment and debit so I could not pay that way at 7-Eleven down the street and got the same partial payment personal debit card to pay for my cigarettes no problem customer service was rude at the am pm she called me the b word in Spanish I don’t believe that the cashier should be working at this am pm cursing at At customer because she doesn’t know how to do partial payment in cash and partial payment with a debit card. This customer service representative was rude disrespectful and was on her phone texting or on the internet the whole time she should not be working for am pm

I am here 4 nights a week buying my cigarettes and fuel. Most nights I have no problems, maybe minor inconveniences since I am a graveyard shift worker and am there when people seem to not care about anything. This morning at 2am I came to get my usual at my usual time and the sad, stoned looking guy told me they're closed. I said why? This is 24 hours? He said "Because I'm here". So AM/PM doesn't serve customers who spend hundreds of dollars a week there when this particular unhappy employee is trying to sleep? And he didn't say "I'm closed until 2:30, I'm having my lunch." No, he was a rude little pudgy baby. This is ridiculous AM/PM, and just one more sign of what is happening to our society when you hire lazy employees that do not want to work. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this guy and he needs to go find a job in politics where he can sleep and still do nothing for a paycheck.

The woman working there this evening looked as if she would rather be anywhere else than working for AM/PM at 9:30PM. Very unempathetic with a sad limp smile for anyone's troubles and an unwillingness to look through and find the pack with the 1.00 off so I could save some money.

Best place to grab coffee and off the shelf pastries for a quick bite. Coffee was nice and hot, they had a wide variety of flavors and styles. Plenty of creamer choices.
