I had a wonderful experience. Prior to ordering my tires I spoke with a staff member who was very helpful in helping me decide on the right tires. I ordered on line and made the appointment. I was greeted when I arrived and was told it could be an hour wait. I only waited 30 minutes and was quite pleased about that. Great customer service and will continue purchasing this from them

I went to this location to replace all 4 tires today.
After 6 hrs, one of the tires was completely FLAT. Did they put damaged tire?? I didn't know what's going on.
This never happened to me with other tire stores. I had to call AAA to replace with spare tire and had to go back to that store the next day. My friend recommended me to go American Tire but I can't recommend this location to anyone.

Customer service is terrible. Ordered a tire. Called ahead of time made sure everything was ready. Do not need mounting. Just paying and taking a tire. Dj or Tj was had no clue. After paitently waiting for 10 minutes (with out any acknowledgement to me or other 3 customers in line) i was sumunenced to the couter. Only yo be told to wait while he answered the phone to tend to another customer. Who was placed on hold for a long while.
If you are coming here. Make sure you block off a few hours of your day. I didn't have any labor done. Just picking up a tire.

These guys did a tire rotation for free and I needed 1 tire balanced (it had a plug in it)
They also told me about the 2 piece wheel lugs that Ford used that expand over time, they need to be replaced or they can make it so you can't remove the wheel luga when you get a flat.. noted and these will be replaced, I'll probably bring it back and have it done there...

Best Service ever!! ? Hands down!
On my way to drop off my kid to school, I noticed my tire was low in air, I had a nail in my tire. They quickly got my information and got me on my way! 8a.m, greated me with good mornings and smiling face. ?

Other than a small hiccup with tire size and availability, everything else went smooth..I always do my due diligence and called 2 of their stores, did online chat, and called customer support to verify if the tires that I wanted fit my car. I was called in the day prior to my appointment and was told that they had openings if I was free. I wasn't too upset since I went earlier, and we were able to fix the sizes hiccup for the next day when my appointment was originally scheduled. Yes, I did have to drive there twice, but ultimately, we got the job done when they fixed the issue. Just wish I wasn't told and confirmed by 4 different people that the size was not going to fit.

Amazing service, don't go back to dealers, these guys save you so much money and time
Dealers said tires couldn't be fixed would require a new tire for $500, these guys fixed in 1 hour.

Dropped in for a quick tire check since TPMS turned on while driving on 5 from NorCal. My problematic tire was inspected and verified no visible puncture causing slow leak. Refilled from 39 back to 44, and TPMS reset. Reduced worries ?

All my friends kept telling me to ditch the dealership and go to America’s Tire for my next tire replacement. So glad I did. The facility is sparkling clean, the employees are kind, and the service itself was blazing fast and done perfectly. Literally couldn’t ask for anything better. They even have free WiFi if you want to get some work done on your laptop while you wait.
