Plenty of parking, quick and friendly service. If you’ve never been here before make sure you get your barcode from your amazon app this is located underneath the search bar and just scroll to the right to “in-store code” click on it and once you scan your barcode by the entrance you will be let in and returns are to your left. If you purchase anything you will be charged to your amazon app automatically upon your exit. This place is so convenient, totally recommend!

On Amazon's website, my order was supposed to arrive yesterday. Then they changed it to tomorrow. And now they say it will arrive today, but only at 10:00 p.m.
I call the available numbers and the attendants don't know how to give me the address where I can pick up my package.
It's an emergency and Amazon doesn't work properly. It's absurd!
I have an emergency to pick up this package. Or I won't be able to work for 4 days. How disrespectful to the customer!

This is a convenience store. You don't have to interact with ... you want to. Self serve options are less pricey. This is not my first time here . At first this place was fully stocked, now at 3pm there was only 2 members and alot of empty items ( go totes,staws, chips and ect) very disappointed. I will return and hopefully this will be rectified . Hopefully my review will change for the better.

Warning: They Overcharge You and Won't Give A Receipt. Clerk said they will email the receipt, They Didn't. Looked on my bank credit card, they overcharged me by $7. Went to my Amazon account -There's no transaction. Now I have to waste my time contacting them or file a consumer affairs complaint.
F Amazon and their Space Age store, give us your credit card to enter, we overcharge, don't give receipt.

I love Amazon go. They have a fresh sandwich counter that I have gotten food at multiple times and never been disappointed. They always have good discounts and cheap drinks. It's a fun place to explore. Free parking. Not sure if you can go if you're not a prime member but one of the more organized and clean Amazon go's I've been to.

First time in any amazon fresh go and I wanted to see what's it's like. I like it a lot! It has a great options from paleo to fast food. The concept to pay is great and convenient. However, for this experience, I had a homeless guy badger me to get him food at the gate - i politely told him no. I saw him waiting outside as I looked around some more. Another gullible customer gave him chocolates as I walked past them, and the homeless guy then proceeded to follow me to my car and ask me for loose cash. i was a bit nervous, but i carry a defense tool and am stronger than I look. It totally ruined the experience for me. They should seriously have security at the door. This might be an occasional thing but I feel as though this homeless dude knows how amazon go works and will wait to badger more ppl since it's literally a grab and go. Of course, staff dont give a shyte. So be careful out there.

I'm never reluctant to admit when I am wrong. It's a year later and this place is still in business (I predicted demise within a year). I use the place for the Amazon Locker, and occasionally I'll purchase a drink or a snack. The place almost always has cars in the lot, and patrons inside. So, good for them. I still think the inventory is limited and odd, but I wish them nothing but success. Interesting: recently the Just-Walk-Out Technology failed. I grabbed an Icee and received an email informing me that I wouldn't be charged since I didn't buy anything. Hmmm.

I stopped by Amazon Go to make an Amazon return. I timed it so I could get coffee and breakfast while there. It's so convenient and I love their quick coffee and food options. If you don't use the Amazon app, there's a physical person who can help you check in and out.They have the best coffee machine that makes excellent lattes and cappuccinos, which you can also customize with oat milk. I also got a egg bowl with ham, cheese, and spinach, which you order on the kiosk and they make for you on the spot. The sandwiches looked more satisfying but I have dietary restrictions right now so it was perfect. They also had so many fresh and healthy snacks, as well as donuts and stuff like that.My only gripe is that I would love one closer to the 405 entrance on Crenshaw, I think they would do SO well around there. Tons of people trying to get some coffee and breakfast, with Coffee Bean as the only option for miles.

At the return drop off counter I watched Brandon help an older customer who didn't know how to use the app. He was kind, patient and smiled the whole time. Kudos to Brandon, this location is lucky to have you as a team member.
