Had a great time here during what I believe is the last days of the store being opened. Attendants were attentive and really kind about getting me a room to fit in, and help me move my selections into the fitting room. Cashier was wonderful as well and chatted with me and a friend about the dresses left over from the closure.

We had such a fantastic experience finding my niece's dress with Loren, at David's Bridal! She made the future bride and everyone in the party feel comfortable and entertained. Loren really took the time to understand my niece's needs and made sure to give honest feedback, helping her to eventually find the perfect wedding dress. She is such a great asset to David's Bridal and I highly recommend asking for Loren if you need to find the perfect dress. Thank you for making my niece so happy and her family/friend's experience so pleasant, Loren!

There was a wonderful lady who helped my family and I get dressed. Her name is Michelle B. and I recommend going to her for help and assistance as she'll help you find the right dress and takes her time to assist you with a smile. Great service!

I'm a little shocked to be writing this review after the service I received when they wanted my money. I was told by the maid of honor in the bridal party that the dress she ordered 2 weeks after I ordered mine was going to be ready. I hadn't heard anything so I called the store to ask about my dress. I was told it was there. I was surprised because no one contacted me. The girl on the phone offered no apologies, just asked when I wanted to pick it up. When I ordered the dress we stressed the deadlines to both Jakob and Dionne. They assured us that we had time for alterations. I was upset and went down to the store to pick up my dress and ask what happened. Victoria again offered no apologies. She said they send an automatic text when a dress arrives. I never delete my texts and there was no text sent to notify my dress was ready. No offers of help and no taking accountability. It seems they're only helpful when they want your money, after that you're on your own.

I had a wonderful experience at David's bridal. I want to give a special shout out to Beth from alterations. She really made my dress everything I wanted. With all her years of experience, she was quickly able to identify what needed to be done and what would look great on my body type. She is kind and caring. I would recommend 10/10!

Lauren at DB in Torrance/Del Amo made my life easy with daughter's first communion dress. Heard about the Chapter 11 - and that's sad - the sales and front desk team at this store are awesome and I would happily hire most of them if they end up looking - great attitude and great looking dresses!

Came in with my granddaughter for her prom dress. The sales people were extremely nice and helpful. I thought the dress could not fit, but it did with their help. There were three different sales ladies helping us, all three very nice and professional. Will most definitely come here for my other two grand daughter,'s prom.

My wedding dress needed alterations, so of course David's Bridal seemed like the obvious choice. The staff was incredibly friendly, but twice they messed up because the seamstress herself did not to do the pinning and measurements-I strongly suggest you have the seamstress who will be altering your dress work with you directly to avoid what I went through. I was so stressed because my wedding a week away, but thankfully BETH (I believe she is the head seamstress there) knew exactly what needed to be done by seeing me in the dress. She was AWESOME!!! It fits perfectly now. Thank you again Beth!!!!!!!

David's Bridal had a wide selection of wedding gowns. Our Stylist, Destiny, was amazing from start to finish. Based on my daughter's style preferences, Destiny selected around 6 wedding gowns for my daughter to try on. Destiny recommended bridal gown styles and cuts that complemented my daughter. She was knowledgeable about fabrics, along with their advantages and disadvantages. She helped pick complementary veils. She was a sweet and calming presence, a joy to work with.

Frustrated is an understatement! The design of the dress was beautiful, and the trying on of the dress was a great experience. BUT alterations were a nightmare!!!! I still dont quite know why they order dresses so much larger than your true size and then have to alter it down. They canceled on me multiple times for appointments. I lived hours away from this location but down frequent enough, where this shouldn't have been an issue if they just stayed on time like they promised, they had my dress for 11 months to do alterations and they were never prepared. I NEVER got my final fitting because they canceled so many times! and living so far I had to have my mom pick the dress up for me or I wouldnt have a dress at all, they insured her that is was all done and that the bustle would be super easy and couldnt mess it up. They never added the straps that were supposed to be added to the dress. I never wanted a strapless wedding dress, they botched the bustle of the dress completely and everyone all night was stepping on the dress, the dress didn't fit correctly the day of the wedding, the breast cups never got sewn in to place and kept popping out of place all night. No I didn't gain or lose any weight around the wedding for it not to fit correctly. The dress was always to big in all the wrong places. I will never go back to the alterations department ever again! OVER all not having the perfect fitting wedding dress tinted the whole day and now looking at all of my wedding pictures, I absolutely hate them all because the dress is fitted so horrible because David's Bridal Alteration messed my dress up that bad! Would never recommend David's Bridal to anyone!!!

I'd give 6 stars if I could to ELISABETH!!!!Let me walk through my experience at David's Bridal. There were a few hiccups here and there, but my amazing experience with Elisabeth made those instances feel small. I'm not sure if you can request stylists at David's Bridal, but if you could, I'd highly recommend requesting Elisabeth! First off and most important, the location of David's Bridal on Maps is wrong. I believe it was fixed recently, but if Maps is telling you David's Bridal is near Barnes & Nobles...don't listen to it! It's lying haha I've heard of other brides that parked near Lucille's and ending up rushing to their appointment and having to walk through the mall (just like me). David's Bridal is on the bottom floor of Del Amo mall near Joanns. I found that the best place to park is Joanns. Route your maps to Joanns at Del Amo mall, exit Joanns and into the mall, turn right after exiting, and you will see Davids Bridal on the lefthand side.Secondly, I had to come back a second time for my appointment. The first time I didn't have such a great experience, but the second time I had a wonderful experience with Elisabeth! The first time I arrived it was very busy (Saturday at 3PM). Nobody greeted me for 10 minutes. After being greeted, we ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes before being paired with a stylist. Upon being paired with a stylist, I asked for my appointment to be moved because I had another bridal appointment that I was going to be late for now that this appointment was a bit slow. Luckily, they were able to accommodate me and they told me to return at 6PM. So I go to my other bridal appointment and have a great time. I consider skipping my David's Bridal appointment, but am glad I didn't. I return around 5PM and am greeted as soon as I arrive (already a better experience). I'm early so I ask if there's anybody that is available right now. Luckily there is. Her name is Elisabeth. She is fantastic. Elisabeth was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgable, and fun! She gave us a tour around the store and gave us spiels about all the available designers. Then, she pulled up my portfolio (I filled it out online) and instantly began to add dresses to it. After hearing my vision and my desires, she pulled a few dresses for me. She even added her favorite dress (that fit one of my visions) and asked me to put it on last because she was so excited. From beginning to end, Elisabeth was fantastic! She styled me from head to toe and even pulled some beautiful veils and SUPER CUTE SHOES to complete my look. She was never pushy and she was always hyping me up. She was busy with other brides throughout the time, but I didn't mind it because of how amazing she was. Overall, I absolutely fell in love with two of the dresses I tried on (one being a dress I pulled and the other being a dress Elisabeth pulled). In the end, I didn't end up picking a David's Bridal dress but IT WAS SO CLOSE. A part of me is sad I didn't go with one of the dresses because I so badly wanted to pick a dress from my experience with Elisabeth because she was THAT GOOD. Overall, she was a stellar stylist and an amazing associate! Although her picks did not end up being THE DRESS, I do believe I will be purchasing the shoes she had me try on because I loved them so much. And I am even highly considering purchasing the dress she pulled for me as my second dress of the evening because I LOVED IT SO MUCH! She did such a great job styling me!Overall, Elisabeth deserves the world! She's a fantastic employee! GET HER AS YOUR STYLIST!

Oh my where do I start... shopping for wedding stuff in general can be time consuming and stressful but thank god after other dress stores we came to David's Bridal and got help from Magalea our bridal stylist. Searching with my fiancé for a wedding dress this past week was eventful to say the least. We went to a couple different bridal stores before coming here and none of them were for us. I don't want to talk trash about the other places but either the prices where super ridiculous expensive or dresses where not our style 'tacky' and/or the staff wasn't good. David's bridal exceeded our expectations by a ton and we found our perfect dress thanks to Magalea. Her questions that she asked us in the beginning showed she cared and reflected the dresses she brought. She seemed to actually care by the way it was professionally quick but not rushed and by the way she actually listened to our needs. I would highly recommend you ask for her. A big difference from other stores and stylists that seemed to just push most expensive or not care. She found us multiple dresses that made my fiancé look stunning . I will note she gave us one option a little bit to pricey for us and out of the price range we talked about but it was so beautiful and the similar style we wanted. Then my fiancé tried on THE dress and oh my gosh it was everything we could have asked for. Price, style, looks, fit, oh my gosh it made my heart melt seeing her. Its like I fell in love all over again. When she came out of the dressing room with her dress on she was glowing and it was magical It felt like time stoped. I was a little bit lost for words but something about it really did make her skin glow. I hope our stylist knows how impactful helping us get this dress for our special day truly is.
