Been coming here for 6 years. They operated on my dog, give me reminders regarding her care and I like it much better now that it's on an appointment system. The staff care and the Dr's are great. Just be mindful of your pet's history so you don't get something your pet doesn't need. I sometimes feel like they just want to add more products to my dog's visits.

Changes have been made now have to pay 60+ dollars to just book the appt. Goes towards visit but the actual visit alone was only around $30. Mind you this didn't go towards testing and etc. Just the initial examination.

This is my second time here. Vaccines and a wellness check on my 12 year old lab/GSD mix. He's an old man and I figured he was developing arthritis, they confirmed and were pretty gentle with him. Gave me a prescription after saying he was in pain, gave other suggestions to make things a bit easier for him, and said that he is doing great for his age. He enjoyed his visit!

Terrible employees. My family brought our dog in and Clarissa at the front was super rude. Just asking a simple question to clarify something was met with attitude and this is not the first time with her either. Then one of the nurses George was also really short with us in the room like he was annoyed. Later we met another nurse named Mariah (I think that was her name) and she seemed really nice at first, but then I overheard her gossiping to Clarissa about other customers! Very unprofessional, not sure why they are allowed to work here. I made sure to catch their names because someone needs to call these kinds of people out as they clearly think they are above common courtesy. Vet was fine, but the rest of the staff is no bueno. Never going back.

Great place that cares for pets! Front desk is very helpful and I feel the techs truly care about pets. They show great care and remember my dog when I bring him in. I feel very comfortable of my dogs being in their care. Very clean waiting room too!

It’s 8:38am Saturday and have called 4 times with no answer. Even their answering machine says they are closed but their hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm. Sounds like they keep hanging up on me as the voicemail comes on at different times.

Called for an appointment for dogs shots, and an ear problem( solicited through email) and was toldmy dog was listed as deceased. ????Also that dog could not be seen as they only look at ear problems in the morning. We work and hate to do ("drop offs) as it's stresses out the animal. Again receptionists had no sympathy or concerns about our dogs health and was condescending. Will not be returning.
