If they prescribe your pet ANYTHING check Amazon, or a Pet store first!
because they up their prices SO much. I just found the shampoo they prescribed my dog which they said, I could only get with an “authorization from the vet” for $56
over the counter at petco for $25

Came here with my 6 month old puppy. Was told he would need some of his teeth pulled, told that his bottom eyelashes were going into his eyes causing tearing and would need a procedure to correct it. Definitely has some type of "business relationship" with the sitting pretty dog resort up the road. Had a second evaluation of my dog because something didn't seem right. He's absolutely fine. This person would have abused and mutilated my dog for money. Very scary.

I have been bringing my pets to this office for approximately nine years, and I have always appreciated the ease of scheduling appointments and the convenience of Saturday hours. However, I would like to suggest that the office address the issue with the air conditioning, as the small floor fans do not sufficiently alleviate the heat. This has led to discomfort for both my pets and me due to the humidity. Additionally, I have noticed that prices have increased and are now less affordable. Despite these concerns, I want to commend the vet nurses and technicians for consistently making my pets feel comfortable.

This is a long, overdue review, from March 25, 2024. This is where my cat Sirius Watts goes, so I highly recommend it to my aunt, who is a senior citizen. Her cat was extremely ill and barely responsive. She knew he would possibly have to be put down and devastate. We had the best experience meeting with Veterinarian Whitney Collins. Her prognosis for bootsie the cat was that he would have to be put down. She was extremely kind, gentle and patient and made my aunt and her husband feel comfortable with the decision. Veterinarian Whitney Collins is the epitome of what a veterinarian should be. Thank you from the bottom of our heats.

If I can give 20 stars I would. I love this place. Just the fact that whoever's running this place now has common sense and shows intelligence. The format of service is by appointment only which I don't know what the heck they were doing before. You would go into this place before there would be like 30 people there with 30 different dogs in the lobby people waiting around for hours upset collectively complaining oh my gosh it was a freaking nightmare to go to that place before
It's completely different now. You go in there's nobody in the lobby maybe one or two people there isn't tons of dogs so you don't have to be worried about your dog getting along with other dogs. I run a business I've been running to business for quite a while it doesn't make any sense why this business before wouldn't just take appointments or any veterinarian offices for that matter.
The way this office is running their business is the most efficient and the least stress on the customer as well as the employees.
You could turn down the AC a little bit it is a bit muggy in there but I'll take that over having to see 30 people in the lobby with me any day.
Kudos to you guys for the very smooth and enjoyable experience bringing my pet to you.

Super nice! I loved how they treated us and my dog with respect! We went in so my dog can get her vaccinations…. she was too scared so they didn’t force her and mistreated her.

DO NOT COME HERE! The vet needs to find new people to be working the front, very careless and rude. I've been given expired medication here before. If you love your animals take them else where please.

This place is small but kept clean. There is plenty of street parking and spots in the lot as well. Depending on when you call, it's difficult to make an appointment or they've kept me on hold for 10+ minutes and I hang up and have to call back again. I've been coming here for years and the service is always consistent but the front desk staff are very rude and tend to rush you. They're not welcoming at all. In terms of care for my dog, they do what needs to be done. I usually just come for vaccines when needed, but definitely don't recommend this place as a first choice for anyone.

Been coming here for 6 years. They operated on my dog, give me reminders regarding her care and I like it much better now that it's on an appointment system. The staff care and the Dr's are great. Just be mindful of your pet's history so you don't get something your pet doesn't need. I sometimes feel like they just want to add more products to my dog's visits.

Dr. Amini is very helpful and really cares for your animals. He suggests many solutions and is very knowledgeable. I always try to go when he's there.
