Price is good but service is poor. Del Amo store manager sent me to Los Cerritos store for one exchange and they said that we don't have inventory, our systems does not show up correct count, you should have called before coming. I was asked to go and exchange by store manager and if your system doesn't show correct picture your store manager should have called other store before asking customer to go.

This branch already has a very low rating and I wasn't surprised... I bought 3 parkas today. Extra happy with the find, I warmly chatted with this girl at the counter. To my surprise, my card was declined and so I stepped aside for awhile. Knowing that I haven't reached my credit limit, I tried it twice but of no luck... I was glad I found another card though to use. But as we were exiting, the alarm sounded - 2nd embarrassment! That same girl didn't remove the "tracker" off the jacket. Since my card just worked at a nearby store, I came back to Aero to (test)buy 4 more items using the very same card and it also worked. I reminded the new clerk to make sure packaging was right - as they already exposed my gift earlier! One thing I learned - never try to be nice with the counter girl especially at this branch. They may think you're up to no good, "push some button" to "decline" you and leave the "alarm thing" in your shopping bag to further check you. That's so offensive to honest buyers. They could have just match your signed card with your drivers license, which is the *fair* thing do in the first place.
