School Shopping for my high schooler and was checking things out at this Adidas store. Unfortunately, they did not have much of anything in this store. I was disappointed because i would’ve thought they had more of a selection at one of the local biggest mall in the Southbay but to my surprise NOPE. I gave it three stars for the fact that it even existed but really should be two stars wait a min I’m about to change that ???♀️? yea it’s a no thank you for me.

Always happy with the customer service I bought some shoes for my daughter which they didn't fit her I called ahead of time to set up a smaller number and they had set up the size I requested it on the side when my daughter tried them on they fit perfectly and we just made the exchange fast and easy.

I used to love the Adidas Brand. Be mindful when you order online and need to return or exchange. I walked my return into the Torrance, CA store on 2/23/23 in it's original packaging. Instead of receiving a credit in-store they sent it out FedEx. It was received by the Adidas wearhouse on 3/1/23. It is now 3/21/23 and I still do not have the credit. I reached out to customer service twice only to be read the policy stating the wearhouse is inspecting the return and no one could tell me why I could not receive a credit in-store. In addition, this is my third negative experience in a row with a Adidas return or exchange including the items being lost. Being a Level 4 Adiclub Member I thought it meant something.......

Today I went browsing in the Adidas store and ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes. Robert and Lex were both exceptional. Robert took great of us and helped with all of our shopping needs. The customer service was top tier. They made our shopping experience seamless. If you haven't visited this store, then I highly recommend that you do. I will definitely will be returning.

Adidas! Adidas is one of my favorite clothing brand. They are stylish and modern. This store is located inside Del Amo Mall on the first floor. Store itself is really small. You can find wider range of products online. Since it's small, I have it a lower rating. Other than that, you can buy whatever limited selection they have. They don't carry huge selection of shoes either. I ordered something online and was able to return it here. The employees will pack and ship it to their warehouse and then you get your refund money back.
