Check your pick up orders before you leave this place in front of their face. I placed an order for pickup here at this location. I got home, all my jeans were too big on me so i placed them back in the bag because I was planning to return them all. One set of jeans came without any tags and apparently a stain ( that I had not noticed). I headed back to the store a couple days later to return and the associate told me she could not take them because they were not in original condition. I told her the jeans came without any tags and she pointed to the stain on the jeans. I told her that’s how i received them, how is that my fault? And she wouldn't take them. Now i have to send them through mail, pay a shipping fee for something that was completely not my fault at all. I understand its not the associates fault, so just check your orders before you leave this place.

I did a little shopping at the del amo mall and stop by to find pants and couldn’t find anything I liked. The staff didn’t really ask if I needed help which was a negative for me. I hate shopping and specially for clothes. It would have been better if they were to ask if I needed help and made my shopping a bit more helpful but they didn’t. I ended up buying one sweater and walked out with no pants.
