As a 52 year member of the auto club, I have been living in the Torrance area for 18 years. During this time I have had many visits to their location on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. Almost each and every time I check in, I an treated in an unprofessional manner by their staff. They constantly talk down to me and treat me in a condescending manner. Not only are they unhelpful but also rude and trying to pick fights with members. Apparently, there is no way to reach an executive in headquarters that really cares about their Torrance office.

So much easier than DMV if allowed for your situation. I went twice recently. One was for renewing vehicle registration which expired while we were out of the country on vacation, and most recently for an international drivers permit. Both times AAA took care of me very professionally and efficiently.

Mark M. helped me with the car buying service, and I am so unbelievably happy with the car I was able to buy through the program. Mark is a master at what he does with talking to the dealerships and with the help he gave me prior to going to the dealership I told him I was gonna visit. Buying a car through their program is exclusively gonna be what I’m going to do moving forward because of how painless the process was. The expectations I had with buying a car as a first time buyer was absolutely wrong because of all the hassle I’ve heard buying cars comes with. This was unbelievably easy, and I’m so happy and thankful to have used their service with Mark’s help. Thank you so much!!!!

AAA the service is horrible; and they do not give you the service you pay for. My car was damaged in a hit and run accident. I filed a claim however they are not paying for all the damages. I went to the office to try and speak to someone and of course the manager could not speak to me. I pay for service every month and they have no problem taking my money, yet they deny the claim, as much money as I have paid them to cover multiple cars and I can't get any service. I will be seeking a resolution via all means. My recommendation is, do business with another company AAA is less than what I would consider a reputable company that does what they promise!

I have been dealing with AAA for years for my home insurance. In November, an incident occurred that left my family and I grappling not only with the damages to our property but also with a lack of support from our Claims Agent over the past two months. The gravity of our situation is exacerbated by the presence of young children and family members with mental health issues in our household. Regrettably, for months, we have been unable to use essential household appliances. Adding to our woes, our contractor is threatening to file a lien against our property due to unpaid fees for services rendered. In an effort to address this, we consulted our mortgage representative, who advised us to pay the $1,000 deductible to our contractor, a payment we promptly made. Despite two inspections to assess damages, our attempts to engage with our Claims representative have been fruitless. We have encountered false assurances, pending paperwork excuses, and significant delays. Moreover, the information provided by AAA Management regarding a partial payout was not only delayed but also insufficient to cover the restoration of all the damaged items. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, we have faced significant delays in completing necessary repairs and obtaining reimbursement for our losses. The situation has escalated to the point where legal action and the imposition of a lien on our property are being considered by our contractor due to AAA's delays and misinformation. I made countless attempts to reach Claim Adjuster Michael Moon, but he doesn't return phone calls or emails. He makes me feel unimportant. I have been without a home since November because they initially denied my claim without thorough research. I appealed, and Manager Sal conducted further research and determined that there was no neglect on my end. Sal approved my claim, but Claim Adjuster Michael Moon is dragging his feet as if I'm insignificant. I will be finding another insurance company after this ordeal

Yes, I followed the Auto Club's instructions and went to the DMV which charged me AGAIN to register the same car I'd paid to register the month before, plus a hefty penalty. Then it cashed the other check. So I'd paid twice to register the same car, plus a penalty because someone at the DMV lost the first check for over a month (AFTER the timely date of receipt the DMV stamped on the back of the check). Stopped at the Auto Club while on the way to somewhere nearby and they said they couldn't help me AGAIN! The lady behind the counter brightly told me that if I had stopped there instead of the DMV this wouldn't have happened. I pointed out to her that I had.

Worst AAA I have ever been to. I came here to do a title transfer and the lady that "helped" me wasn't a help at all. She was giving me false information, didn't seem to know what she was talking about and had an attitude. She couldn't answer basic questions I had about my situation and brushed me off. I was looking for some documents that I had in my possession and was told I needed to hurry since there's a lot of people. I paid for the AAA membership to utilize the DMV that's supposed to have better customer service than a regular DMV. Instead I get rushed, nothing done, an attitude, false information and time wasted. I really hope management fixes this disgruntled employee. I would not recommend this location due to employee incompetence.

I had been an AAA club member for a long time. Recently, I went to the auto club in Torrance office and got free tour books & maps.Being a member, you could get free towing services. Then, if you leave a key in the car & lock the door, they will open the car for you.One time, I had a problem with starting my car, and I needed to get a new battery. They had the battery services.I purchased a new battery from them. Then, they brought the new battery and installed it for free.It was convenient that I bought it fromthe Auto club. It was $156 with freeinstalation & 5 years of warranty. Then, if you have problem with the battery, they could bring you a new battery with no charge. Also, you could get many discounts on hotels, rental cars, movie theaters,Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farms, Magic Mountain, Sandiego Zoo, retal stores, and many other places.I would like to recommend everyoneto Auto Club membership. They offermany free services such as free towingservices and battery services. Then, you can get free tour books & free maps. Also, you can get discounts from many places.

Our kids have used this driving school and we couldn't be more pleased. The are very professional, thorough, and gave our children the knowledge and confidence to be behind the wheel.
