I feel completely misled and taken advantage of by this 7-Eleven location. On July 28th at around 2:30 PM, I purchased a car charger and adapter only because two employees clearly told me I could return the product if it didn’t work in my car. That was the only reason I agreed to make the purchase.
When I came back just a few minutes later — after realizing it didn’t work — they refused to refund my money and told me I could only exchange it. I went ahead and exchanged it, and the second product also didn’t work. Now I’m left with something I can’t use and out the money I paid.
I feel completely disrespected as a customer. I trusted what I was told at the point of sale, and they broke that trust. If a refund wasn’t allowed, they should have made that very clear upfront — instead of saying one thing and doing another.
I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable.

Don't be fooled by the cheap gas prices, there is no tap and the card readers don't work.

Gas wasn't very inexpensive as I would of expected from a 7-11 gas station but they did have their window washing stations not only full of water but full of clean water and new window washing squeegees too so that makes them a solid 4 in my book. I'm so used to dirt smelly water in the window washing stations that this was a good thing in my book.
