Went to 7eleven with my bf for 2 full cheese pizzas. Took 3 tries to get him to understand I wanted full pizzas and not slices. Paid him, waited for our pizzas. When he gave us the pizzas we checked them because hey smelled weird. Turns out they smelled weird because they were pepperoni. We confronted him about the mistake and he said they didn't have cheese. Then he tried to tell me that I didn't say cheese. I knew they had cheese and pepperoni and I don't like pepperoni so I always specify cheese. Nice of him to take our money, give us the wrong pizzas, and then insist I was wrong when confronted about a mistake on his part.

Don’t even bother using your points card, this place takes away discounts on everything. They don’t offer any discounts on food like the higher quality 7-11 stores. Cigarettes are now $11.50 and no buy 2 packs get $2.00 off (even though they have the advertisement on the shelf) and the greedy owner took the paltry 0.50 cent discount off. This place is a nightmare of begging people outside, i have to Wade through some girl begging for a ride, the rest of my cigarette, THEN I HAVE TO PAY GREEDY 7-11 owners prices?Don’t come here

Buy your cigarettes at any other 7-11 or AmPm and avoid this place. The owner used to participate in cash back from camel and Marlboro but it looks like he chose the greedy route as pack prices rose everywhere, but at this particular 7-11 they rose nearly 25% higher than everywhere else, and the cashiers tell you it’s corporate that sets the prices and discounts, but that’s bullcrap because I pay $2 less per pack at other 7-11 stores. Even AMPM is $2 a pack cheaper right now. Also, this is the only store I used my debit card at and had the card scanned and read by thieves. Avoid this place if you can, or use it as last option and only get the necessities and only use cash. Don’t say you weren’t warned if you’re too lazy to mosy up the street.

During my visit the employee working behind the counter was being verbally abusive and threatening towards a female customer. He was cursing her out in Spanish and the words used were very rude and hurtful. I'm not sure what started this but the female customer was calm and not being mean at all. She asked to speak to his manager and he proceeded to kick her out of the store. He then rung me up, I paid, and he threw my receipt down on the counter with attitude. This is totally unacceptable behavior for any employee serving customers. I love 7-11 and I'm a frequent customer. But this behavior is appalling and I will not be going back to this location.

This store is horrible!!! I've only been a few times, and only because I've been at the car wash, this last Saturday, August 10, 22, I was at the carwash with my daughter, shes 15. She was thirsty so she went over there, got a bottle diet coke, one of those Starbucks drinks, and a bag of Starburst. The "gentleman" working told her the total was $13 and some change.... um... what? How much were the damn Starburst?! She only had $11 on her. She said nevermind to the Starbursts and just got the drinks. He told her the total was $10.41.... she gave him the $11 and got .60 change.... Not thinking about it, she came back to the carwash and said wait, he charged me wrong. So I went over. With the drinks and asked him what the total was..... $6.54. So I asked him for her change and he claimed he didn't see her and had no idea what I was talking about. I took her into the store and confronted him. He yelled at us and said that he doesn't know what we're talking about and when I asked him why he charged her over $10 for 2 drinks he told me I was lying and thT he gave her the change. My daughter doesn't lie.... she doesn't know how to. He made her cry and she was visibly upset, which made me even more upset. I left short of having the cops called on me and told this person to have the day they deserve..... so I BEWARE!!! THEY LIKE TO KEEP YOUR CHANGE at this store and they take advantage of kids just going in to buy drinks and snacks. I also told the next customers going in to beware because he'll keep your change.

If I could rate this 0 I would. Probably the worst interaction I've ever had at a 7-11. I came with some coworkers to buy lottery tickets for the first time, the bald cashier was non stop yelling at customers and then blew up on my coworker for asking a question. He told the customers that the machine wasn't working (while it was busy)and we weren't able to choose our lottery numbers one second and when the line died down said the machine was suddenly working again. Even HIS coworker was laughing at how ridiculous he was treating people.

Being on the road for as many years as I have and many different cities throughout the U.S. have 1(one) to 30(thirty) 7-11 stores within their limits depending on size. 7-11 is franchised out to people who qualify. Let me just say that these people that qualify in the lower income cities just don't care. You're asking yourself now "isn't Torrance a higher income city?" Well yes, and no. To get to my point, this store is a piece of garbage compared to cities in Orange County. Part of it is the people who buy (and steal) things here. Most of them are dredges of society with the occasional nice quiet worker who just wants a runny, greasy heartburn burrito because his significant other didn't get up in time to make him some breakfast. This store's owners gave up because society gave up. Half the time I am in here, something I would like to purchase, or cash in a lottery ticket, is "down" (broken) or out of stock. The lottery ticket machine and the pizza machine are 33% of the time, down for whatever BS reason. They advertise 24 Hours a day, but they should close down after 11pm because the food is going to be un-edible and they won't make fresh because YOU GUESSED IT, the machine is "down".Try buying cigarettes here. You never get the same price. It changes every single f*&^ing week. I've never had issues with other 7-11's in Dallas/FW, Omaha, Des Moines, Denver, St. Louis....this place is terrible. If you want a donut that won't chip your teeth, go there at 5am....but don't expect to cash in your winning lottery ticket because the machine will be "down". If you want cigarettes, go there during the days and times the competent worker is on shift so he knows the correct prices and discounts. If you want pizza, you HAVE to go there between 11am and 7pm or else the pizza cannot be made. This store is the model of what America (California in general is turning into a POS) is coming to. People who don't care, thieves walking in and taking what they want without any fear of any consequences, machines that fail when you need them to work, and an overall tone of failure we've come to expect in California cities on the border or surrounded by low-income society.

If I could give this 711 no stars I would this place is always disappointing the few times I've tried to come here. When you first walk in the door in disgusting has stains the door is overdue with wood it's been like that for months the slupee the machine is out no soda on fountain. Last night my husband came they gave him a lotto without scanning it in . And today there not taking any type of card payment. Something is always wrong here . If you choice to come here you will be disappointed. Better chance of going to a liquor store.

The parking area in FRONT of this location is EXTREMELY filthy dirty & stained. They haven't cleaned that in YEARS. The evening doesn't feel safe there. There is no security and the people standing around or sitting in there cars always look suspicious, if you're going there alone at night.
